Doing ALEKS makes me feel like i'm strapped down to a table with some person i hate gouging out my eyeballs with a 60 year old rusty spoon. I have punched my screen so many times doing ALEKS it's unbelievable. This program makes me wan't to die. It is slowly killing me topic by topic. I'm a seventh grader and it is giving me fricking high school stuff. Like how tf am I supposed to know what cosine is at 7th grade math? Negative /

I would rate it -9,************** if I could, but unfortunately you have to add a minimum of 1 star. I don't understand why Aleks was invented, probably because the creator wanted to see children who were forced to do topics suffer. I hate how when you get something wrong it removed the progress of a question which you probably spent 30 minutes doing, instead of telling you what you got wrong. I would rather jump off the Eiffel tower, while eating a sock, and drinking bleach than do Aleks topics. This is honestly the worst site I have personally ever been to in my life. If you are a teacher reading this, please do not make your students do these topics. All it is going to do is frustrate them, make them want to bash their head with a shovel, and overall make them feel bad. I have to do Aleks topics for school, and let me tell you, the hours I spend on 1 f*cking question could be used to do other things, such as the homework in all the other classes I have to do. DO NOT PURCHASE!

I have used ALEKS for 3 years now, and when you spend 45 minutes on one problem, you click turn in and it says, Session Timed Out! It really makes you want to get a 9mm handgun and blow your head off. Or when you use the commutative property like it says, and it says you got it wrong because of the commutative property, it just makes you want to drown yourself in the school toilet. Aleks changed my life for the worst. I spent 4 hours on one topic just for a knowledge check to come around and I have to redo it. ALEKS made me cry in bed and in the shower. It made me question my life. 100% recommend it if you are considering suicide. It kills your grade then kills happiness. If I spend another year on aleks I will shoot myself.

I'd rather get butt raped by Bill Cosby than use this program. Jean-Claude Falmagne can be molested by the Jolly Green Giant. This program has a design that causes stage 4 brain cancer. This program makes IXL look like a Holy Jesus. I would rather use a pine cone as a butt plug than do ALEKS. If have to do one more topic I'm gonna shoot up an orphanage in a 3rd world country. ALEKS is the reason Roger William killed himself. ALEKS makes the Holocaust look like an American mary-go round. But in summary, I strongly dislike this program. If something were to be change, I would highly suggest a different arrangement of the controls. Check and Explanation are too close together. Thank you for your time.

Legit one of the stupidest websites ever made. My teacher makes me do 20 topics a week and it makes me really depressed. The fact that I have to take my Fortnite time out of my day just to learn stupid topics is outrageous. I can't believe there could be a person so stupid that they would want to make kids lives so miserable. If people say that they like this stupid website they should honestly jump off a cliff. The idea of learning and not playing Fortnite makes me so mad that I punch a wall for every minute I have to do Aleks instead of grinding out Fortnite with the boys. I just want to say a sorry for the boys that I can't play Fortnite so much because of this dumb website. :(

It's so frustrating to have to rely on this piece of garbage program for my college trig course. I've gotten so upset because of this website, just the way it tries to explain things gives me a headache. I'll have to end up looking up a YouTube or KhanAcademy video to get a good explanation of the more difficult topics. I've spent hours on single topics just trying to figure out what the hell they are trying to explain. To make it worse, once you're on your last question before passing a topic, they'll throw in a trick question just to back-track you once you get it wrong. Thanks for f****** me over Aleks, explain your topics more thoroughly and not just as if you're only explaining it to Einstein.

If I could give this a zero I would. The interface is confusing, and many of the tools are hard to use. They do not even show what using them in real life is like, and just on a computer screen. The most annoying thing though is when you get a question wrong, it subtracts points, and you need to do many questions to prove you know a topic. Overall, this is not a good program and is a total waste of money and energy.

My entire class is just ALEKS. It is impossible to learn on. It took me weeks but I finally got to 100% on my pie, took the exam and redid the few modules I needed to work on some more and got back to 100%, and then I got a certificate of completion. But then it still made me take a final exam. It dropped my pie chart from 100% completion to 88% completion, yet my overall score somehow became 44%. Make it make sense. The grading system SUCKS and is so confusing and frustrating. I feel so discouraged and it makes me feel stupid when I know I'm actually smart.

Absolute trash of a learning and education website forces you to do a knowledge check and in my school you have to reach a certain goal at the end of the month so when I took it. It took away like 15 of my topics and I'm like 40 topics away from my goal I just want to give up on this garbage but then I will have to sacrifice my whole entire math grade

This site is the worst thing anybody could have done it slows progress of anyone trying to learn anything and deserves to be reported to the FBI for child abuse child endangerment and causing much pain to all of those who have innocent enough teachers to put them through the horrible pain.
