Wonderful experience from beginning to end. In fact, the best we've ever had in renting a car. So much of that was down to the incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, helpful employees we met during pickup and return. Special thank you to Herman and RJ! Y'all made our trip even better.

I'll list some issues. The brakes were really rough. The front passenger window couldn't be moved down by passenger, and the rear windows couldn't be moved up or down by passengers regardless of child safety button was engaged. The dash Cigarrette Light Adapter port didn't work (the one in center console did). The thing we struggled with the most was the key fab. It was difficult to lock, unlock, open trunk, and start. There were some times better than others. We have video recordings that will be helpful. If we hadn't been as busy as we were on the trip, we would have exchanged the car. Thank you for the opportunity share this information.
A pleasant experience with Alamo from the counter person to the greeting person in the line to leave when we drop the car off to even a follow up phone call while we had the rental thank you Alamo. You are the best.

I need to charge my phone while driving and the lady went out in the cold to find a car with a USB charger. She was so friendly and did not roll her eyes at me. Next, the guy in the exit booth noted my car was not quite full and said he would honor that. I hadn't even noticed. At return, the girl was very friendly and helpful, even though it was cold and early in the morning.
Very friendly people both during pickup and drop off, very helpful and they made it the easiest simplest pickup and drop off process.

Very nice people and also did not pressure me with a sales pitch to take extra insurance and such. Which I really appreciate. Offer it fine, but don't pressure weary travelers.

We had a very good experience renting a medium sized SUV at the Lyon airport. The staff were competent and very professional. The location was very busy and we had reserved about a week before. We waited, but we got snow tires and an upgrade in exchange for our patience. This was much appreciated and useful on our holiday. The drop off and inspection was super fast and super easy. Thanks for a hassle free experience.
