I have order the above dress and then initiated the return but somehow due to mistake of delivery guy he press wrong button and it was canceled then he told me to call customer care and initiate the return again but am trying to call customer care from last week but no response.
Worst Service.
Products are good but the service is very very poor. Without service we cant ahead for products I had a very bad experience with Ajio, actually I had place multiple orders with Ajio one of the product I thought to return and initiated return the agent who came for return pickup picked the order and he didn't scan the product so I asked him that he is why is he not scanning the tag, because I'm aware that once they scan the tag we will get update that product is picked and refund will be initiated, that agent said he will do it later and went away so I called support and informed them they said they will help on refund its been months and my refund is still not posted, The refund amount is only 1000rs don't know why ajio is not able to refund my single one thousand rupee and loose such a valuable customer, i had placed 100s of orders since years, even their service is too worst support agent are not trained/educated well they don't even have any surveys or feedbacks. Over all I can give 0.1 out of 10 star rating.

Received a shirt not really sure if the material is 100% cotton. The design is great. So I am confused, if I received the right product. Will think again before I buy next a bit pricey for the stuff

I had ordered a product on 17th Nov & still not got the product. Raised a complaint on 6th dec & they said will be solved by13th dec. Still no resolution they closed the complaint saying resolved. I raised another complaint on 29th dec & that was closed again on 3rd Jan saying resolved. I called their customer care no response. I waited for almost 15 mins on the line with no one to talk to. Now i still dont have the product & i have paid for it almost 1 & half months ago :( . Really frustrating. No one even called from Ajio to check on my issue... complaint #s COM*******350 / COM*******828
Ajio me se kabhi bhi kisi ko shopping nahi karni chahiye vo froud hai product retun le jate hai fir bhi refund nahi karte hai aese hi costmer ko sabko paresan karte hai 15/20 tak refund nahi karte hai apne paise use karke apni badi company chala raha hai
AJIO is a big cheater! The shopping experience is seriously disappointing and shocking!
The AJIO status shows as delivered and I have not received the product
Have called on *******991 and wrote emails on *******@ajio.com. Their customer care is the worse. If I check the app, all the complaint numbers (COM*******395, COM*******157 & COM*******749) are automatically closed without any emails/msg/calls without addressing the issue I have raised (just for sake of closing customer tickets).
I will never buy anything and will not recommend buying any product from AJIO
I struggled with my order with them, and my suspicion is more with the team - quality officer, all employees involved - may be not promoted or given increment BUT as a whole its AJIO which has become garbage as a brand.
I placed an order for Marc Lorie black heels, and what I received after much delay was a pair of crop tops. (i even asked them to check with their quality officer - the weight of what was sent to me and the courier weight as then it would be evident they sent me garbage).
I called the customer care and the agent asked me to create a return. Once the return was taken I received a mail stating the product did not belong to Ajio and was sent back, despite me raising that it was the same product that was sent. I again called back and this time the agent asked me to create a return again, and I did. So once I received the product I again sent it back. Again received the mail which said its not their product.
THIS HAPPENED AT LEAST 3 TIMES WHEN I FINALLY GAVE UP AS THEY HAVE NO SHAME.
No one is serious in Ajio and they are just making a fool out of customers. Neither they gave me a resolution nor gave me the refund.
