I did not receive my tickets from Airlings and they did not answer to the many messages I sent.
Result: I was in Dubai with urgent need to come back in Italy and I did not receive the payed tickets. After two months nobody have answered demonstrating that the site is fake and it was not a temporary problem. I hope somebody find the way to punish the responsibles. I have lost about 700 euro but surely I am not the only person to be cheated

AIRLINGS... WARNING... Please, please be careful using this site; we booked really brilliantly priced tickets to Sao Paolo, 983 euros for 2 people, only to receive a message two days before we travelled that 'there was not enough time between the bank transfer and departure date' to have the tickets issued. That was bad enough as we then had to find and pay for another set of tickets. We were advised we would get a refund which had been 'processed successfully'. Needless to say, we have not received any refund... whether we will or not is anyone's guess because despite endless e-mails, the 'Support Team' have been totally unresponsive. I used this site as it was on Trustpilot... there were good reviews from others and whether they were true or not, who knows... but anyone looking to book with Airlings, please be careful. 983 Euros is a lot of money to lose.

Fantastic last minute flight booked with this company had everything required or needed, helpful staff and everything ran smoothly with plenty of time given I'd something wasn't right I. E a last minute covid test... That stopped us catching our first flight due to app not loading and given only 20 minutes to board the flight. Would highly recommend this company and will definitely travel again with them.
