Ordered for my wedding and over 5 weeks later and e mails saying we will look into it nothing! Wedding 5 days away gone elswhere for my decs and causing us more stress! I am now taking legal action against them. Looks like i am not the only one! Wish i read reviews before ordering. Doohhh! Do not make the same mistake. Run Forest Run!

I have tried to get my order twice from this company, they said it would be sent recorded delivery, still not got it, do not reply to my emails and their phone line is always out of order. Trying to get refund out of them but not very hopeful do not touch them
I would not give this website a single star. I ordered two gifts to give as presents to the bridal party of my wedding which never arrived. I got married this year and when it came closer and closer to my wedding it was clear that the order was not going to arrive. I have asked for a refund but they have still not refunded me. I have now been married three months! I feel cheated, robbed and angry. I strongly advise anyone against ordering on this site. They will take your money then ignore all phone calls and emails. I have written to Watchdog to ask for further investigation as I am certain this site is a scam. Avoid shopping at all costs. I would very much like these rip off merchants named and shamed on television as juding from other reviews, they have a lot to answer for.

I ordered goods for a wedding party, items never arrived. Emailed company to find out what was going on.
Reply said 'sorry the order didn't come through to us on our system' funny how money can been taken and an order number produced... that then somehow vanishes never to be heard from again.
It's now well over a month from the date of purchase and all further emails and requests for information have gone unanswered/ignored. I now suspect the goods never will arrive and feel that this website is an absolute scam.
My advice for people who have experienced these problems and have not been successful in either receiving your goods or a refund is to contact your bank and identify the transaction to the customer service rep and ask them to start the process for a 'charge back' for goods that were never received. This is similar to a fraudulent transaction in the sense that your bank will request the seller provide proof the items were dispatched and delivered, which they inevitably will not be able to do and you will receive your money back.
On another note, I won't be buying from any website that has no phone number or address that can be verified before purchase again.
I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY/SCAM ARTIST TO ANYONE AND WOULD ADVISE ALL TO THINK TWICE, THEN SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE

They are a scam! This company isnt real i have ordered some items for my wedding day they look my money and have NOT delivered the goods! I have contacted them on Facebook with no reply I have personally messaged them still no reply and now their telephone number is out of service! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM they will take your money and NOT deliver the goods! Other reviews have good but if you look at the negatives they all say the same not delivering the goods and taking the money! Please do not buy from them
My story is a very odd one
I wrote on reviewcentre.com the following regarding a company who did not provide the goods I had paid and ignored my phone calls and e-mails. Only after leaving the review did they then refund my order with an apology, I feel they would not have done so, if the review had not been written:

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I ordered goods (table number holders) from this company on Thursday morning, and paid extra for next day delivery, I emailed them on Friday evening to let them know we have not received the delivery.
That e-mail has not been replied to, nor has the two more sent after it.
I called them on Saturday and was told they would e-mail the tracking info to me, no e-mail was received, so I called them again on Monday and was told someone would call back, I was not in the slightest bit surprised that no one has called me back (now its Tuesday.)
Please do not order from these people, they do not have the goods they are selling.
I think I will speak to the bank and charge this back, before I waste anymore of my time on them, they do not appear to care at all about their customers.
I then received the e-mail below from review center, it appears reviewcenter.com allows shops to "buy off" bad reviews. So I do not think you can trust any of the reviews on their site.
