Recently we completed a website development project with ailogix. Initially things were good, however as the days passed responsiveness became too low and finally there was no proper handover. Giving lame reasons and avoiding calls was the hallmark. Have to follow up n number of times to get the things done. I would not recommend this company for business.

These people just want to take your money. We paid for Google ads campaign and it was set up real poor.
I want to express my extreme disappointment with the Google Ads campaign set up by Ailogix. These The entire process was very bad from start to finish, they made a lot of mistakes and key words were chosen randomly.
Firstly, the ads that were created were poorly written and failed to capture the attention of potential customers. The targeting was off, and the ads were being shown to people who were not interested in the product. Lavina that was doing the campaign, does not know what she is doing. They just wanted to take money, instead of doing the job properly. We hired the google expert that has found a lot of mistakes in their campaigns. They didn't even use negative keywords, some of the keywords were just random phrase(just to show that they do something)
As a result, there was a very low click-through rate, and the campaign did not bring any new clients.
Furthermore, the communication from the team was very lacking. I found it difficult to get a hold of anyone to discuss the progress of the campaign, and when I did, the responses were unsatisfactory. The lack of clear and frequent updates was frustrating and made me feel like my business wasn't a priority.
Overall, I regret choosing Ailogix to handle my Google Ads campaign.
