I placed my order online and was not able to get the coupon code to apply. I ordered anyway but left remarks on the survey. In less than 4 hours a representative had contacted me via email and a phone and had given me credit for the coupon. OUTSTANDING service. Awesome customer support and would order from this company again and would highly recommend this company to anyone. 5 STAR experience.

I have ordered from your company a few times and always have had a great experience. This time i forgot to put in the 10% discount and placed my order. I contacted your company and -- for the life of me, i cannot recall the gal's name at this time - she took great care in rectifying this situation and provided me with the 10% discount that was offered for August. She was very pleasant and easy to work with. Once again, I feel terrible not remembering her name and, hopefully, you can see who it was and she gets the credit for a job well done.

I feel like the description that I read wasn't descriptive enough. I didn't realize that you have to change the bag each time someone uses the Mannequin. If so I probably would have purchased a different mannequin. It will be fine for the amount of times we use it, but I wish I had known because it really is just an annoyance to take the whole thing apart and change the bag when you have 12 people practicing.

I was disappointed in receiving a cardboard AED sign that cost $11.00. We were also charged $12.84 for shipping of one thin cardboard sign and 5 stickers. The cost seems to be high for items that could have easily been shipped in a large manila envelope.

Always easy and a pleasure to buy supplies from AED Superstore
I thought the item was coming with a two year shelf life. No, 18 months, as per the fine print. But the vendor gave me a refund commensurate with the lost 6 months of use.

Had I known we needed 2 batteries I would have ordered 2 and received a discount! Had a problem on the second order as you saw it as coming from overseas (servers are with parent company in Germany). Funny we didn't have the same issue with the first order placed the week before.

Ordering items easy process, would like to see a discount offered on AED pads for simulators. I'm an Educator in a public school setting using AED pads/trainers for American Red Cross certification and purchase pads every 6 months via my own pocket. Pads can be expensive since they do not last very long and need replacing.

I used an AED to resuscitate someone. It was a very sobering experience that impressed upon me the value of these devices. I appreciate the email and US Mail notice on expiration dates for the parts. Keeping the AED up-to-date is just as important as access to one.

Thank you for calling me when there was a delay in my shipment due to an item on backorder. You gave me a choice as to whether I wanted my items in-stock items now and the back order item in a few days, once it arrived (backorder due to weather issues). Too many internet companies don't have any personal contact when there's a problem.

I had sent in a tax exempt certificate on 08/12/19 and it said should hear something in 2-3 business days. Did not hear anything and did an online CHAT with Cassie who checked and she could not see that they received the tax exempt. Per her direction I emailed it to her and was told I would get an email letting me know the tax had been removed from my account. I have not heard anything back but I need to get this product ordered so I checked the tax exempt box and put a note at the bottom that I had sent this in twice already.

Simple to do. Wish you had told me that PO Box was no good before I took the time to enter it. Instead, you told me after I hit the "Place order" button.

Also item went on sale--10% off 2 days after I ordered it.

Every time I needed to go back to fix some missing piece of information I had to enter all of my credit card information again. Even though the UPS shipping method was checked it would not take it until I checked it again. Too much hassle just to get the order placed.

Unfortunately my first order included the wrong AED pads which have to be returned. I am waiting for the shipping label to return the wrong set. I feel as though, the website refresh pack options were not clear on the models/pad types. I will just be calling to speak with a customer representative from now on.

I was able to find everything that I need. The only confusion I experienced was with size information with one of the products, but I ordered it anyway. There was a lot in my initial order that was out of stock and back ordered, but I didn't have the time to wait, so that was a little annoying to work around. BUT Customer Service made everything as easy as possible.
