Purchased 6 AED trainers at one time. Received one order of 4 really fast. Got the other 2 delayed without notice. Would have appreciated a heads up that the orders were not going to arrive in one order.

I love when I have to order from AED Superstore because it is so easy. The product I ordered this time didn't seem to be the brand name, but more of a generic. I could be wrong though as I haven't inspected it closely enough. Seems like it will work just fine regardless. (Product purchased was replacement manikin lungs.)

Your web order is less than user friendly. It is a little unnerving having to enter my cc # 3 times in order to process the order.
This is the only issue that we were concerned with. The package arrived in record time. We received a great price and all seems to be well.

I was kind of bugged by the ordering my products and paying almost the same amount to shop them as I paid for them. Between the shipping and the sales tax, it changed the price per item from $1.50 to over $3 each. And then I get an email the next day saying my order is backordered, with no estimated time of arrival. I'm 90% sure I won't be ordering from you guys again.

Great website! I cannot remember the great customer service agents name that helped me. Her name started with a "P" it was Patty or Priscilla or Peggy but she helped me get all of the stock we needed to complete my order. She followed up with me and was very courteous. Give that women a raise!

Is there a manufacture guarantee with this product as I received nothing to register or indicate there was. If not, there certainly should be at this price point with the importance of the device.

The shipping time was perfect. The web site reads easily and the check out process is quick.

It took me more that forty minutes to place this order! Your site kept telling me my cc info was in the comments section (the comments section was blank!) I had to wipe out my cart, clear my cache/internet history and start all over. Ridiculous

I thought the posters would be on a hardback background; it was a little deceiving online. I may have just not read closely enough. That would be nice if you could buy them that way. However, I am satisfied with the products.

Placing the order was very easy and considering we're from Guam, we received our order in a week and half. We're located in the middle of Pacific Ocean. Since I'm only a buyer, I don't get to see the products, but the end users have been satisfied with the products.

Excellent selection, price was satisfactory, and the parts arrived quickly and on time. I personally have not used AEDSuperstore.com before, but the facility had and that made the parts location faster. The tax exempt reprocess seems cumbersome, but given time, it all worked out. I would recommend AEDSuperstore.com to others.

Would be nice to know shipping time prior to submitting order.

The adult masks were wonderful. The pedi masks were a little problematic. The one way valve was very loose and kept falling off. I will probably look for another type of pedi mask in the future.

I like the promo of free shipping and the coupons codes plus the customer service is too nice, like Tiffany who give me a chance to have my free item after using my coupon (5% off. I'm happy, I just hope to have my items withing 4 days because I really need it in my class on Monday (May 18,2015). I'm happy so far.

Coupon would not work although Customer Care Rep stated it was still valid. This happened last time I placed order in April but I did not know of comment section to request it's application when completing invoice at your end.

When you realized you did not have the quantity in stock to fill my order, instead of just receiving an email letting me know, or no notification at all, I received a phone call to inform me and to ensure that the delay would be okay or if I wanted to cancel my order. I thought that was very professional and courteous. Thank You for that!
