I started order on the web but called directly and spoke with Jenna. She explained everything and helped me choose the appropriate unit. It's very helpful to have phone and live person to speak with that knows their products.

This is a very easy portal to use! Always has what you need & they ship very quickly! We've been SO pleased, we've instructed all of our companies to order their consumables from the website! Just can't be beat! And if you need help, their CS team is very knowledgeable & helpful!

Simply and easy to complete order. Surprised that the products received were made in China. I do not trust any of their products, especially now since they are behind the spread of the virus. If future products are made in China, we may be shopping elsewhere. Thank you.

I had a terrible time finding instructions for replacing the battery and pads. These instructions need to be included with the items. Although the change out was really simple, without instructions I was very concerned that opening the item would turn it on and I didn't know what to do from that point on. I ultimately needed to receive the fire department's assistance. Replacement instructions would have been most helpful.

Very fast service, staff are extremely helpful! My second order was delivered even faster than the first. They are so attentive and called to verify my timeframe I needed something. They were able to send me individual pieces of items to make up a large kit I needed, and allowed me to get the materials in time to teach my class.

First time using your website. I ordered the wrong supplies for our AEDs. Called and received a return authorization and shipped items back same day. Waiting on replacement order to be shipped once return has made it back to your company. Very easy process. Individual that assisted me was great.

Was notified part of it was on back-order, but order was shipped the following day. I appreciate that the time estimate was higher in case it took a while to get into stock--would much rather expect it later and receive it earlier than to be told a date and be waiting for another week or two after that.

My first experience with AED Superstore.com was extremely positive. Shipping rates were so much better than at other sites I visited but I was most impressed with the courteous staff and follow up. There will be repeat business with them!

This is the second time that I have used AED Superstore and have had good results both times. Yes, I had to wait a bit longer for this last delivery but with mask flying off the shelves around the world I only waited for about 2.5 weeks for my order to arrive. They told me this upfront so I was not shocked or worried.

During the ordering process, the entering the billing/shipping address part was giving me trouble, whenever I tried to change it/update it. Other than that, everything went without a hitch. Customer service called to let me know something wouldn't be available, and that another item needed to be switched, which was fine. The items I did decide to keep in my cart delivered quickly.
