Had one minor problem with one of these manikins (assembled incorrectly) but was an easy fix. I have only used them once but they seem to work well and I'm hoping they will last longer than my old ones. A bit touchy on hand placement (if you are too far off the piston will not work) and lung bag tends to close it's own opening at the mouth but they work pretty well for cheaper manikins. Assuming they last I will probably be buying some more as I wear out my old ones.

The rate for both items I purchased went up while I was checking out adding an additional $6.30 to my price. I do a considerable amount of online shipping and have never had this type of thing happen before. After chatting with Megan online she informed me that you would honor the lower rate on both items. This is good customer service and I appreciate that, but it makes me a bit hesitant to order from you again.

Checkout would not allow me to use a PO#. I tried several attempts, and even logged off and back on. Error message kept telling me to change my shipping method, but only gave me one option, which was marked.

Just average...

Just average... If this had come right after I ordered and received I may have remembered why only 4 stars. I think it was because I was asked to rate before the items were shipped. I get really tired of having to rate every flipping thing I order or do.,Leave your employee's alone and let them do their jobs without being rated on every little thing. The Item I received was great but I knew it would be...the price was excessive for a bag to hold a manikin. I could have made the same thing for about $20.00 but I was too lazy.

It was good today, but I have been contacted in the past and advised by your team that medical oversight is legally required even when it is not. I am somewhat hesitant to order again from here because I suspect I will get the same phone call.

I had to ask why shipping was so high for 6 pieces of paper and they made an adjustment. Person helping me via call was very pleasant after I said we would order from another company if shipping was double amount, which was standard, she said. Hmmm.

Ordering was easy

Ordering was easy. Please let them ship and arrive SOON.- This was well done. Adding the tax ID number for my school was easily done.

The face shields that I ordered were not individually packaged. Where they had rubbed against each other, several of them were scratched, distorting the view through them.

One thing I would recommend is to tell customers where to dispose of other expired items like the battery. Maybe you already do that, if so can you tell me what to do with them?

User friendly site, easy to place orders. Very please with prices, much less than I've found else where. Package arrived quickly and in great condition. Package was well protected to insure it arrived damage-free.
Very happy with store and experience. This was my first time shopping with them, but I'll refer others, and look to shop again.

Your company has been great ever since we originally purchased your product. The UPS man placed the box over the fence into the yard and our dogs opened the box and had a party with the merchandise. Needless to say I had to file an insurance claim but you sent replacement items quickly along with a small box full of dog biscuits. LOL. Thank You Wanda Bobo

Sale was seamless, and it was good getting the reminder that our batteries where about to expire.

The only question was our Tax Exempt status - I think we are all set, but I am not sure why I would be charged sales tax only to have it taken off my bill - seems like the online process should account for it.

Other than that, I had no issues.

I have in the past received excellent service and no problems placing my orders. Today I had to re enter my address 3 times and still was told it was wrong. Also, $20 for a 5 oz order shipping charge is awful! This order was for my church. Very disappointed!

It took entirely too long to make a simple order. The shipping options were expensive for the item that I purchased. Was not allowed to update phone number without starting all over with order. Order did not cancel when I got out of the site. Not ok, should have cancelled.
