In addition, we were on a tight timeline to receive one of the items on our list which was on back order. Nathan took measures to ensure we received the product in time.
We are extremely pleased with the service; however, pricing is a little steep for our county budget, but I realize AED is already giving us discounted prices, so presumably there isn't more that can be done on this front...?

Having to recharge my credit card to add in shipping charges was inconvenient and the shipping charges seemed very high. Does your company have any other vendors to ship through? That being said, your customer service representative was very friendly and helpful. My overall experience was positive.

I was lead to believe that I would be purchasing Pitney Bowes cartridges but they were another brand when they arrived. I assume that they are compatible with my meter. I have not installed any yet as I was restocking my supplies with your product purchase.

I had one question regarding tax exemption. Called the 1800 and the sales representative provided the information and placed my order with no problems. Wasn't a little long before the rep came online...less than a minute.love that.
I do think it the quality of your product is great and when it did finally get to me the box it came was so strong I was pretty sure nothing could have hurt my manikin parts which is great.
It was worth the price of the parts, but the wait time is so long I thought maybe they forgot about me.
Considering that this is about the only place to get extra Bryden parts I didn't get much of a choice, but still...

This is my second order with AEDSuperstore. Last time order came quickly and exactly what I ordered. Hoping I can take advantage of your 110% price guarantee because AEDLand.com offers same items for about $25 less.
The item I ordered was out of stock but a representative called within an hour of my order and explained that and asked if I still wanted it. They were on top of things and let me know when it was shipped and scheduled for delivery. Very pleased with AEDSuperstore. And they honored their price guarantee.

This was an outdoor unit that we ordered with the alarm and light. The alarm is not very loud and can not be heard more than 75 feet from the unit. We had thought the alarm would be much louder and heard for greater distances since it was an outdoor unit and the price we paid.

This is the second Philips Heart Start FRx that we have purchased for our company. Unit and accessories received on time and in good condition. I'm hoping we never have to use it, but am glad that we have them, just in case...
I was a little disappointed when I received the invoice and found tax on it. I clearly stated at the time of purchase that I was from a municipality and should not have tax. Your system said that if an exemption form was not on file for us already, I would be contacted for one. Not only was I not contacted for one, but I was charged the tax anyhow. I sent an email to your customer service about the issue, and only then was I asked for an exemption form. I immediately created one and submitted it to your customer service, and the tax was then credited to me. As I searched through my records, I found that we had submit one to you earlier this year. Somehow, your billing department neglected to see that. This was an unnecessary waste of valuable time for me.
