We bought our brand new rig Grand design 247 VH from adventure from start to finish it was an amazing process everybody was so nice not to mention the customer service aspect we had a problem with our RV and adventure took care of it right away I can't see enough about their customer service Kathleen was amazing and the entire service staffing sales staff I definitely recommend if you get a purchase a new rig you buy it from them they will not ignore you just because you bought a rig from them and they're great at answering questions even if they're stupid like I ask

They sent me the wrong product and said "Pictures are generic." Really.? That would have been nice to know what I was paying for was not what's in the picture. Maybe "Buyer Beware" would be a better motto for them.? Also, the product they sent me had been repackaged many times and was either used before or other buyers got the wrong product like it did. And then they had the nerve to tell me "It better not look like it was USED or no refund" Oh my... Avoid this place at all costs - they will waste your time and try to get out of refunding your money.

Return policy is ridiculous send them a model number they in return send a link to a part order it wrong part their answer is look at order policy to bad. There are much better options.

Ordered a part that was the wrong one for the application. Part was still in original packaging. In the return policy info on their website there is a laundry list of non-returnable/refundable parts and if you do qualify for a return you pay to send it back to be restocked.
I will never purchase from them again. That's why Amazon is taking over small businesses, because of customer service.

Tip for consumers:
Check the return policy and make sure the part is correct.

This site is the worst site I have ever bought from. No phone, No return policy (won't let you return the brand new heater) even if they say they have a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee: Won't confirm purchase don't send ship receipt poor company. Now have a huge heater that is total useless Won't send purchase reciept

Avoid not worth the price

Your fully automated order process reflects the obtuseness obtainable only by a computer. My mail/billing address is a p.o. box for security reasons. All other sites I have dealt with accept the dual entry (p.o. and street) without the run around I had to perform on your site after finally spotting the faint pink stripe at the to as to the order entry problem being "addresses". This however does not explain wiping out the credit card information each time, so that I now have to call them and insure exactly what the transaction is.

Wrong furnace and will not answer there phone. They will not respond. Took $850 from me. You cannot reach them by phone.

I ordered a microwave that came with scratches. I ordered a Magic Chef RV Microwave on 11/09/2020 for $149.99. When I received the microwave it had scratches on the key panel and the button to open the door. There was not plastic film covering the panel or the button. See attached pictures and you can see that there are not plastic film edges that can be removed. The scratches were on the panel and button itself. I asked to return the microwave and was sent a FedEx. I was refunded only $127.92 because the company stated that there was nothing wrong with the microwave. The stated that unless it was defective there would be a 15% restocking fee. When I was discussing this return the company never stated the restocking fee, it is hidden on their website not not even on the order confirmation. I would consider this a defective microwave because it was sent with scratches and looked like it had been opened before, even though the website is selling it as new.

I've contacted this company multiple times to actually spend money... by phone, email, and just simply trying to utilize your website. If y'all don't have the ability or means by which to document these items of concern, then everyone involved with this breakdown in commerce needs to sit down and figure out what the issue is. The only reason I've pursued this purchase so intently is due to the fact that I absolutely need the unit replaced at the best price I could find... along with the fact that I have lost my employment, had to move my family into my parents home, and I unfortunately have more time available to pursue something that has simply been a headache to say the least.

I would not highly recommend AdventureRV.net. They are very difficult to deal with. No phone support. Phone directs to email support. Email support directs to online ticket system. Circular nightmare. Had to file case with BBB to get refund. They tend to be the biggest supplier, so you might have to deal with them. But because we travel full-time, their return policy of 3 days after receiving item makes it illogical and impossible to comply with. Take note and be cautious!

I have tried to place this order 4 times. I even contacted our online help and he was no help. I will only buy from your business if I can't find the product I'm looking for elsewhere. You need a phone number to call to get a real person to work with. I submitted this order 2 times before contacting online help. I wanted to knkow if my order went through and to confirm if it did that it only went through once. They he was no help.

Spending this kind of money I really would have liked to talk to someone to be sure of what I needed. The chat session was no help. He insisted that I was giving him a wrong number and I assured him it was correct to please google it and he would find the item I was asking about. I got the number from a Dometic rep. and it can be purchased by other suppliers that I found.

I placed an order for an RV toilet The disclaimer says that we shipping it one to six business days it is now 10 days and my FedEx tracking says the same thing it'll be updated once they receive it so not only has FedEx not gotten it after 10 days I have no idea where it's at after 10 days plus another 3 or 4 days to get to me it's only in Tennessee that they ship it and I live in Florida worst customer service you can't call them you have to open up a chat line or send them an email Don't order from here
