Nice website, Easy to find parts.

It was kinda a bummer that a brand new shopper didn't get a promo code

I feel the pricing is in line with other online retailers of camping parts and accessories.

I believe your website is too cluttered and hard to navigate. Work all the clutter on the home page I opted to use the search feature but that really did not work well either.

Was very easy to order but when it came it didn't work I payed almost 700.00 and was told because I installed it it's a warentee problem not giving me a number to call I feel like I got screwed Iam not happy at all

I put in a model number and was able to find adventurerv.net. The parts were easy to find on the site and the order was filled quickly and shipped. I ordered on Thursday and I received the order on Monday. Thank you.

I tried to order twice today. First with an existing account email and it would not accept my password. Asked 3 times to reset it and no email came.

Follow up: created a new account with a different email for order. Now, this note came to my original email.

Arrived quickly. Haven't installed the new item yet.

The description says 30mp, picture shows 50amp plug. You cannot speak with a customer service rep. Just live chat. The person did not know the difference and referred to their website which was the problem in the first place. So, then I was told to go to manufacturers website. The difference on adventurers website was not addressed. I did receive the correct 30amp unit however.

I purchased a couple scratch-n-dent items to save a little money. The items were still brand new and only needed a few minor tweaks to fix, it took 5 minutes to repair the very little damage they had. I saved a ton of money going this route and am very happy with my purchase. I would definitely buy here again.
