Read the fine print. Must cancel 60-90 days before your renewal. Never used the product tried to cancel 6 months in. Did not know how to install the devices. Was not told they had to be hard wired in. No support. Still Paying 3 years in. Tried to cancel. Must Cancel in writing 60-90 days before renewal. Was 10 days off. They want 150$ per device to cancel on the new renewal. Horrible Horrible people. If some told me this was how it would go, I would rather have broke my leg than ever dealing with this company.
I am an small extermination company. The tracker in my vehicle stopped working After some thought I decided I didn't need it anymore. I emailed the company to cancel my subscription on 2/23/22. They said according to the contract sec 7 and 8 I need to give 60-90 days written notice. The subscription automatically renewed in Jan ao I had to wait till november to issue a cancel request. I didnt authorize the renewal but they said its automatic unless I give 60-90 days notice. They are standing hard on there position so it leaves me no choice but to leave this review.
When you have a unit with a problem tech support is horrible be ready to stay on hold for evre then they take two days to review then send you a RMA then you have to send them the unit, instead of just sending you a new unit. Your time means nothing to them
I am please with these guys I switched my fleet tracking to Atti from foxtrac. Which has saved me allot of time managing the guys in the field. While I could catch guys goofing off I could not catch them speeding. Each truck I have has 20k worth of add-ons and equipment. I can not have my guys driving like madmax. With insurance rates going up with speeders after they get ticketed I have to let them go after they get caught. Now I can correct guys who speed before they are caught by the police.
DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE WE DID!
If I could give no stars I would! Faulty devices, terrible service, communication issues, misrepresentation... I could go on and on. Do yourself a favor, don't walk away from Advanced Tracking Technologies run!
Going with ATTI was a huge business mistake! Don't make the same mistake we did! Devices do not work and endless unfulfilled promises!
Even though they have not fulfilled their contractual obligations the only way they will let us out of the contract is by charging us a ridiculous amount of $$$$! Completely unethical!
They literally told me even though they haven't fulfilled the services that were promised when they presented their services we need to pay well over $5,000 to get out of the contact. As of today we still do NOT have all GPS units up and running and they still want BIG BUCKS to release us!
You can check out my other google reviews and see that I prefer acknowledging excellent service and/or products rather than negative reviews BUT I hope I can help someone from making the same mistakes we did!
I spent hours and hours and hours on the phone. I have a paper trail of emails a mile long proving the issues we have had and the amount of time our business has spent just trying to get what we were promised. Despite all that it's still my problem and we need to pay them lots of $ to get out of the contract! A contract where they have not held up their end of the bargain!
