Woke up this morning to the UPS man at my door with the lamp I ordered a few days ago, the lamp was brand new and installed perfectly into my porjector. The light is brighter than ever thanks to Advanced Lamps. Great job
My grandfather gave me his old Toshiba television and when I got it the lamp bulb was broken. I had no idea what I needed so I found this company through amazon and I gave them a call. They instructed me where the model number should be. Once I found it the representative figured out that my television needed a D95-LMP. They quoted the price including shipping, built my Advanced Lamps profile, and placed the order for me. This process was extremely effortless for me.
Found Advanced Lamps on the internet after my TV went down. I was extremely skeptical simply because I hear about all the internet scams out there, so I placed a call to the 800 number listed on their web page and a courteous, and professional customer service agent answered the phone, the agent built my profile, found what type of lamp I needed, and placed the order for me. Advanced lamps help me fix the problem and the whole thing ran very smoothly.
I had an overall excellent experience when I ordered with Advanced Lamps. The price was the best I could find on the 915P******* projector bulb I ordered. I did contact the online customer service to verify that the whole bulb assembly was included, not just the bulb. We had the bulb go out in on a Thursday morning and had the new bulb in our hands within a week.

Got my replacement lamp in two days, was concerned at first that I'd receive the correct model because the website picture was a little different than what mine looked like but was assured in telephone call to the company that it was the right lamp for my model. Great customer support.
This company was fantastic to deal with, they found the exact lamp I needed for my DLP TV (XL-2400) The lamp arrived on time and was packaged very well. I will definitely be purchasing more lamps from this company in the future.
I was extremely surprised with the level of customer service I received from this. Com company that had the lowest price for the bulb for my TV. I placed an order with Advanced Lamps and the very next day a very polite young man called me to inform me that the bulb I ordered was out of stock but that I could upgrade to an OEM bulb for a very small amount of money. I accepted the upgrade because I was missing my TV. Within a few days I received the bulb and installed and the TV powered up without any other problem. Overall my experience with Advanced Lamps was an excellent. I will not hesitate to do business with Advanced Lamps again. The customer service agent went above and beyond to assist and rectify what potentially could have been a problem, very proactive. Great job Advanced Lamps, great job, More companies need people like this in their business.
Bought a lamp from Advanced lamps and when it got here the television still seemed to not be working. I called the returns department at advanced lamps customer service and they walked me through the troubleshooting steps. The representative waited patiently as I went through each step. Finally after ten minutes the television was working perfectly. Awesome job by there CSR in assisting me in getting the Lamp lit.
Purchased a lamp for my television, Advanced Lamps had the best pricing online, the order process was effortless and the product was of very good quality. As far as delivery goes; product was well packaged and delivered a couple of days before promised. Will definitely do business with them again.
Site claims 99% of orders placed before 3pm ship same day. I paid extra for 2nd day shipping on Monday just after 12 noon and got email confirmation w/ status "processing". Wed. No delivery. Thur morning I call the company and am told it will ship tomorrow, FRIDAY, and not arrive until first of the following week.
Worthless site/company.
I ordered a lamp from my projector from this site. They sent me the wrong part, then argued that it would fit if I turned it a certain way and/or removed the lamp housing. I finally convinced them that the lamp they sent was for a mitsubishi and my projector is a viewsonic. They admitted that there was a glitch in their system, and told me they would give me a refund. I am still waiting for the mailing label 4 months later. I call them every week and every week they assure me that it will be sent.
