I receive Zeiss Batis Len less than one week. The good I got is what I order. Free item quality is fair.
I have bought all my photographic equipment from Adorama. Their service is exceptional. Moreover, I turn to them to sell my old equipment.
In general, I am pleased.
The good:
1) The lens is excellent, and appears to have accurate focus. Memory cards (additional purchase) came with the lens, and are as described.
2) Perks seem generally decent: Software downloaded fine with the codes provided, though will take a little time to assess their functionality. The cleaning kit seems functional. The flexible sun visor seems functional.
A couple not perfect elements:
1) They didn't mail it to the requested shipping address; I requested an alternate one because I wouldn't be home when it would arrive. I had to make an extra trip to collect it. Still, it made it into my hands, and that is what it boils down to.
2) Although they put together a free accessory package (nice perk), why would Adorama include a case for a lens that isn't anywhere adequate to carry the lens it is packaged with (see attached pic)? It is WAY to narrow to fit the Tamron15-30. It is a decent case for maybe a 100mm prime lens (without the removeable sleeve).
The important parts made it here safely, and that is what counts.
When I ordered this kit I wasn't expecting to miss one of the items included on the description but unfortunately the camera bag wasn't included, of course I did the report on time according to the policies and a guy on customer service was so kind that he gave me a promo code and also sent me the bag without any cost, best service ever.
The Order shipped and was delivered on time. The camera, lenses and accessories were all there. Everything is in perfect working order.
This was not my first experience with Adorama and it won't be the last. Seamless transaction and the best price, including shipping and tax, on the internet or any stores.
Shopping for my camera gear at Adorama was was a fantastic experience. They had exactly what I wanted and even offered a package deal that fir my budget. Customer service is top notch too. I highly recommend.
I got my laptop in two days. Shopped around in stores and online and this was the best price. Other lower priced models were for older laptops not the latest. You really have to pay attention to model numbers as many look alike in a picture.

Make a long story short, I received a defective lens and had some issues with shipping. After I reached out to Adorama they overnighted me a new lens. I really needed it by this weekend, as I have a shoot. I've always shopped at Adorama because they have the best prices and their customer service is 99% of the time on point. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is that there was an issue and it took longer than I liked to resolve it, but overall, I am very grateful Nancy from Adorama reached out to me and resolved this issue exceeding my expectations.

Awesome products for the given prices - if you need a quality tripod or a reliable camera or anything for photography or videography they cover your back. Manfrotto Befree tripod I purchased is heavy duty and perfect for using it on my travels. Only complaints are the shipping sometimes takes more time than expected.
Adorama misrepresented the financing terms of their credit card. I used their credit card to place an order over five figures. The website calculated the minimum monthly payment by dividing the total order by the term of 48 months. Their bank, however, determines your minimum monthly payment by calculating 3.5% of your total balance. In my case, this was significantly MORE than their website promised. I discovered this AFTER my order was completed when I called the bank. Adorama's response to misrepresenting terms to a customer and putting me in a position where my monthly payments were 50% more than the payment they promised was to offer me a $150 gift card. All of this after they butchered my order, forced me to buy gift certificates to place the order because their website couldn't process it properly, didn't deliver it when they said they would, and put a $4700 authorization hold on my credit card for 7 days when they were only supposed to charge me $113. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because I do not believe they operate business in good faith I gave them every opportunity to resolve my situation and their solution was a gift card. I will never buy from this company again.
