Quiero hacer una denuncia así la empresa Activision. Llevo jugando Call of duty mobile desde que salió. He aguantado muchas cosas. Cómo por ejemplo lo que dicen acerca de sus ruletas que son libre de duplicados. Lo cual no es cierto, estafan a los usuarios con su publicidad engañosa. Está semana gasté dinero en una ruleta sin obtener lo que se promete. Aparte recargue mi cuenta para adquirir una arma mitica los Cps que compre nunca me fueron entregados. Aparte les hice el reclamo por medio de su app a, lo cual respondieron que ellos no eran responsables de ello.la verdad no es primera vez que Activision me estafa de esa manera...

Tired of being chat banned by big brother. I will not spent another dime with the cod franchise. Fuk Cod I'm done with their game. Everytime I got banned someone was saying some garbage to me. Really their A.I. Big brother needs work. Do they even monitor other languages? I've been called a Fag in Spanish. (Pinche hoto) I mean it doesn't seem right. I will not be buying their new games from now on. I've owned every one for 13 years. NO MORE!

Activision is scum

Be wary of purchasing COD. You will spend $70 plus in game purchases and when you stop buying things, they will ban you so that you have to buy the game again and purchase everything again and accuse you of cheating with absolutely no evidence or details. There is no way to contact them, you can appeal but it's pretty much useless. Play another game, this company is corrupt.

What hot garbage this company and customer service is. Content people hate, 8 days to respond to tickets, if ever? And then it's bots which are not helpful whatsoever. WoW Blunderstorm explains itself why it's so bad and toxic. They ignore reports of toxic chat and bots, that's all ok with them. No wonder subscriptions are so low, they're doing it to themselves. Losers.

Well, I'm feed up with COD updates. It's seems like there's an update every time your ready to play almost. Yesterday it got stuck in updating and now it's saying 215 gb before it's finished. I'll never buy another. I have just about all of the cods. Smdh

Been playing call of duty since my highschool years and they just banned my account for some kind of manipulation of the game. However, I have not played all summer long and turns out my account was hacked. But activision rejected my appeal and will not unban my account. Inkeep replying to the emails explaining that I did not do anything and have not played COD for months and I am not tech savvy at all so I could not manipulate anything on a game. Activison support team is a joke. Their investigations are a joke. They should contact account holders to confirm these issues before banning their accounts. They just Lost my family and I as customers. I can't deal with incompetent people.

Activision LIES!

Activision is full of shii. They are quick band one for cursing, but take forever..."if ever" to band a cheater. I've spent a lot of money on COD, but refuse to spend another dollar just to get cheated. If I could give least than 1stare I would. Cheaters have completely trashed this game. 10 out off 10, I don't recommend.

Activision support is useless can't transfer concerns or tickets to other departments. Imposes offensive/harassment chat code of conduct, refuses to do anything about the harassment of false reporting of players.
Basically means you can be falsely reported and banned for it even if you did nothing wrong
(Ps I use a third party/console chat instead or game chat because of back ground noise)

Worst customer support I've ever experienced in my entire life. For me, my account was hacked into and their customer support didn't provide any help at all. In fact, they said my account was "lost" so now I lost hundreds of dollars, friends I made on their cross-platform system and a year of playing COD. I'll never buy or trust another Activision game again.

The game froze on me. I did not know what was going on. I was pressing buttons on my PS 4 controller and all of a sudden I bought the season 1 battle pass for vanguard. The problem is that I play Call Of Duty Cold War, every thing in the battle pass is for vanguard. I don't own vanguard. I contacted customer support and support basically said I was stuck with my purchase. Here's what they actually said:

I'm sorry to hear that there was an accidental purchase made on your account. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, however, all in-game transactions are non-refundable...

Again, we're sorry for this inconvenience but thank you so much for your understanding and cooperation.

Please let us know if you have clarifications with this. We want to make sure that there are no questions left unanswered before we end this thread.

We'll look forward to your response.

In warzone they have started a chat ban that you can no longer talk with your own friends in the game which is fine, but I was banned for 3 days which was a legit ban, they then banned me again for 14 days while I had everything set private and my mic was muted. Then I got a idotional 14 day ban while in Playstation partychat, they have been shadows banning people and qhen you go online you cannot fight it at all says your not banned, I spend alot of money on these games but I hope another co.pany puts a good game out this company is a disgraceful controlling communist $#*! hole

Worthless Support Team

The worst experience I've had with customer service, hands down. I've had better assistance from scam call centers! If you experienced an issue with their most recent cyber attack and need your account recovered, you're out of luck. 28 emails later over a span of 3 weeks and they've kept me at square one. These guys literally have the lowest form of comprehension skills I've ever encountered in grown adults. It's like they're reading from a script that has no further dialogue. Waste of time and waste of money on their products.

UPDATE
August 14, 2022

Activision recently made an update to modern warfare, since then the lag in the game has been horrific. The imaging is off with a lot of players, I can't even play one round of cyber attack without my body lagging or my bullets or even a grenade. This update just made it so I won't play call of duty again. Instead of shrinking servers and forcing people to buy the new call of duty how about keeping the older ones up to date and fun for the user? Each game should have its own server not 3-4 games on one. Ever since Activision bought the company every call of duty has been going downhill. They care about selling more games and in-game purchases, not making it enjoyable for the user.

This company does not even pretend to care about their consumers. They actively shoot themselves in the foot and it shows in their subscription figures. This became such an embarrassment that they eventually stopped admitting how many people had stopped playing their game by ceasing to release sub numbers

Banned for no reason

Got banned for unauthorized software? I play Xbox and have never cheated in my life. Horrible company and horrible customer support. I play call of duty to unwind after a long day at work. My K/D is 0.76. Please tell me how I'm using unauthorized software? Wouldn't I have gained an advantage? This is absurd. Lost in game purchases and now a game I paid 100$ for is useless. They told me my ban is permanent. Can't wait for the class action lawsuit
