I found one of their blog posts by typing 'remote data backup' in Google. The article explained how bad it could be for a company to go without a remote backup system. Since it seemed like a scare tactic I contacted them through email to try to get more information. Not only did they answer all of my questions, but offered tips on how to protect my data and when I spoke with them on they phone they were actually quite attentive and did not pressure me at all to sign up. The rep answered my questions for over 30 minutes, understood that I was just exploring data backup options and simply said she'd be happy to help again whenever I was interested in more information.
