Ordered a drone at £280, no confirmation email, nothing. Thought oh well it may come in the morning, nope, it may come tomorrow, nope, it may come when they ship it and it will arrive in the claimed 'usual' 7 days, nope, nothing until it turned up like a month later while i'm worrying if i have lost my money

I received the latest Mi Band 8 this morning. It has a metal frame, which makes the band more advanced. Compared with Mi Band 7, the refresh rate of 60hz makes the speed of Mi Band 8 more smooth, and the brightness can be adjusted automatically. Second, Mi Band 8 is a new disassembly mode, which gets rid of the shackles of traditional wristbands and allows you to replace more different styles of wristbands

Package arrived in great condition, very well packed. Just started to use the device but no issues and very quick setup. Good company with prompt replies to any questions/ concerns. Would have no problem buying from them again.

Initial concerns on Mi watch color
Looked like the app would not work when first arrived and was ready to send back but email response was excellent and advised on how to load the app by setting region to China rather than UK.
Not ideal but it all works and in english. I am sure a further UK app will appear at some time.

First time client, the smartwatch (1000€) arrived to Italy from China in like 2 weeks, perfect condition.

Excellent service despite what's been written on here by some. I ordered a £750 drone saving me £250 on UK prices. I ordered it last Sunday afternoon, had order acknowledgment on Sunday and a dispatch email with Royalmail tracking number on Monday. I purchased a water dispenser two months ago that took a month to arrive, as the shop is actually located in Hong Kong, not the UK. Unfortunately, the dispenser stopped working after only 2 days of use. When I requested a replacement, the shop agreed to cover return shipping costs if the fault was on their end. However, I had to ship the item back twice due to the misleading postage guidelines they provided(the shop asked me to send it by International Economy rather than Tracked and Signed stating on their website). I finally received a replacement unit, which was a different model than my original order. Despite their multiple errors, the shop refused to reimburse my shipping fees (I just asked for one postage, not two). I am extremely disappointed with the misleading product listing, a faulty item, poor communication around replacements, and lack of accountability for shipping costs even though their policy states the shipping fee will be borne by the buyer if it has exceeded 90 days from the purchase date". It's a scammer and full of lies. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS SHOP

Couldn't get any better liquid or service anywhere else top marks.
I bought the SG907MAX drone, it is a great performance drone and best price and arrived on time, don't trust some fake bad reviews, I highly recommend this drone and order from A1smartshop. Good job.
