Beware of this company! If I could give zero stars, I would. Resume Coach is a complete scam. I never knowingly signed up for any service, yet they have been repeatedly charging my credit card every month without my authorization. I never agreed to a subscription, and certainly never approved these shady charges. This is the kind of deceptive practice that preys on unsuspecting people, hoping they won't notice the recurring charges. Well, I noticed — and I've already reported it to my credit card company and filed a dispute. What's worse? There's no clear way to cancel, no real customer service, and no accountability. Just a money-grab disguised as a helpful "resume tool." Avoid this company at all costs! They are not trustworthy, and based on my experience, they're running a subscription scam. I'll be taking further action through consumer protection agencies as well. On top of all that they refused to compensate, leaving me no recourse but to dispute with my credit card company and I will be escalating this to the Better Business Bureau, the FTC, and my state attorney general—and you should too.

Got it done without stress

Bad membership policy

I signed up with your website to get hepl with my CV and I did find it very helpful. However, next month I was surprised to find out that I had a subscription with a monthly fee of 30 euros. I am pretty sure that it was not made clear to me that I signed up for a monthly subscription.

Put my resume into a template in an easier manner. As long as it is viewed digitally as a PDF it looks great. Printing it "fits to size" of standard paper and it hard to read. Not good for printing physical copies

All Good aside from Slight Hiccups

Everything good so far. Appreciate the A.I. Help.
Two things I had slight issues with:

1) After adding everything I wanted to my resume, all but one of the templates elongated it to fill larger than a normal 8.5x11 piece of paper, but didn't necessarily say that and I didn't see an option to make it double-sided. I worry that if I were to send an elongated resume to a hiring manager, if they tried to print it out, it would come out weird, and that would affect their judgment of me. So, in this case, I am going with the one template that kept it normal size, rather than removing some of my info.

2) In the cover letter, under my address, it could not fit the whole thing on one line so after putting the street address and the city on the top, it moved the state and the zip code to the bottom. I think it should do the normal thing and move the city down to the bottom line (which it automatically does on the hiring-manager-address on that same cover letter)
