Absolutely horable. For apx 5 years I've been paying for $28 mthly for premium so our family could watch on multiple devices at home and while traveling. For over a year we ge a popup have to jump through hoops to watch on multiple devices. I called and was told that they get alot of complaints for this issue. I was offered to downgrade to one user for $8 they or cancel. I told him the amount I've paid for multiple user premium and only having one user access is the equivalent of paying for 3+ years of single up front. He reiterated I could downgrade or cancel. I opted to cancel and told him I'd be posting negative reviews. He said he'd do the same thing. There are plenty of other streaming services... DON'T USE NETFLIX
This is a ridiculous policy. We could both watch Netflix in two separate rooms but not in two different houses.
Horrible! Horrible! Horrible service on Christmas Day! The only way to watch NFL games on Christmas Day (2024) was supposedly on Netflix! When we turned on the channel there were no games to be seen! I hope the NFL NEVER gives Netflix the right to air NFL games again!
We have had netflix for many years and over the past 2-3 years the service has gotten progressively worse. Movies are slow to load, most times freezing part way into the loading process causing me to have to go out of netflix for 10 to 15 minutes, then going back into it just to get the movie to load successfully. All the while netflix is constantly raising their rate under the pretense of improving the service. What's actually happening is the board members are crying for bigger dividends! I think it's time to drop netflix for some of the other streaming services (there are others out there). T. Shoffner
Netflix should have been better prepared for the boxing matches tonight. The poor quality is inexcusable, and I realize now I should have followed my convictions and cut Netflix off when they made the poor decision to donate the hard earned money of their viewers to the Harris campaign. They obviously should have used that money to upgrade their live streaming capabilities.
I'm disappointed that Netflix has added adds now. This was one of the major draws of a streaming service and now you have to watch adds or pay a premium to not have them. Very annoying. Also, I hate how most of the Netflix originals most of the time are not family friendly. There is often so much foul language and sexual content that the majority of the time, if I see that it is a Netflix original, I just skip over it. Shows don't have to have all of that to be good. Wish they would stop feeling like they have to add more and more of it.
I resubscribed to watch the Tyson fight - most disappointing experience ever - ever - ever - ever. They should be ashamed - they have experience but, acted like a 'rookie org'.
Netflix is my go-to streaming service for its vast library of movies, TV shows, and original content. The user-friendly interface makes it easy to discover new favorites, and the personalized recommendations help me find content tailored to my interests. I appreciate the ability to create multiple user profiles for personalized viewing experiences. The monthly subscription fee is well worth the endless hours of entertainment
Netflix is my go-to source for entertainment. Their vast library of movies, TV shows, and original content caters to all tastes and moods. The streaming quality is excellent, and I appreciate the ability to create multiple user profiles for personalized recommendations. Netflix truly sets the standard for online streaming services.
Neflix use to be my favorite, but they decide to improve service and instead of be better now they are worst, even if you paid for premium you are not allow to download offline movies because most of the lap top are not compatible with their new "upgrade", meaning that if you want to see their movies or series offline you have to buy a new lap top that they decide is good for them. I'm very disappointed and they have robots at customer service that do not help at all.
I have joined them on 11th September 2024, but now a month later, Netflix logged me out from my Xbox Series X console I was using, this happened to me yesterday and now it happened to me today.
So y'know what I did? I cancelled Netflix as I'm not willing to spare £10.99 a month for 1080p image quality with no adverts, even though their wide range of animated movies are some I already have on Blu-ray and DVD too, but with Netflix that keeps on logging me out from my Xbox Series X console, I've had enough. I use an app called Revolut which you can block further payments, and I did that to Netflix.
So anyways, screw Netflix and I'm sticking to Disney Plus.
Netflix is a timewaster, and not reccommended.
They completely abolished password sharing and my sister is paying for it, and when I go on it it says that the TV isn't part of the household.
After three attempts at entering codes in, they decided to restrict me into using Netlfix. I'm not sad that this happened to me, the reason why I gave up on Netflix is that there's nothing good to watch anymore. Their web shows 'billed as Netflix Originals' but made by independents, they decided not to recommission most of 'em in the Top 10 which was putting subscribers off.
I'm a physical media collector and I much prefer that over streaming services. The only thing I like about physical media is that I can watch a movie from my expansive Blu-Ray collection.
I have one Dreamworks webtoon series that Netflix commissioned on DVD called 'Trolls: The Beat Goes On! Series One' and also a Netflix original film, 'The Mitchells vs the Machines' on Blu-Ray.
If I have a Netflix original animated movie on Blu-Ray, I can watch it all the way through without the annoying 'suggestions' overlay during the credits, even if it's graphical credits it still triggers the overlay graphic, which meant I had to fish out the remote and press the arrow keys to highlight 'Watch Credits'. Even if Netflix thinks that 'credits on movies and TV programmes are bad' they're not, I like to respect the filmmakers. And on their originals, they even have credits.
Goodbye Netflix, I hope to see you fail.
Is not worth the money he don't have translate for all movies and some movies not there if u go other country maybe u find is like Netflix is belong to other company on every country diferit owner :)) that's is piss of $#*!!
Although Netflix has movies and content not created by Netflix. What the corporate philosophy does is another matter entirely. The main ideology is Progressive Liberal Left to which gets inserted awkwardly into almost every storyline with token inclusive characters like they were checking off a checklist. To say it's bizarre is an understatement.
Five stars for this wonderful service.
I have been a loyalist since the old "ordering queue" days.
Now I mainly just stream films and TV series online.
Honestly... I am addicted... would not know what to do without Netflix.
Mil gracias...
I've been a customer of Netflix since it launched In Ontario, Canada. The prices keep climbing and the entertainment is on a landslide. I am all about diversity and the occasional B-C rated movie but come on now step up your game if you're going to keep my bill rising. I'm grateful for a competitive market, therefore shopping around. I would like to remain a loyal customer so give quality services. Jennifer B Thunder Bay
New single household policy means I'm closing an account I've had for 8 years between my mom and I. Guess I'll see what other streaming services there are, now that they've officially ruined a way for two women in a family to budget in streaming. Two people, but two households. That's why we paid for more screens at a time, this is actual bull$#*!.
They can even host all shows and movies. I'm watching one piece rn and they only have a few seasons on netflix. They just sent a notification saying a new season 5 or 6 is out. There are 20,000 other websites that actually have all 15 seasons ready to watch. I'm so tired of this company I cancelled my 8 year membership. I'll watch elsewhere. Good bye!
My mother works hard and pays for our family's Netflix subscription. Now that I've moved away for college I'm apparently not apart of the family according to Netflix because I don't live in the house with her?! Even though she pays for the premium subscription already and it allows for 6 devises but apparently we have to pay and extra 8$ a month just to "add me" to the plan?! Seriously?! I am part of the plan you're just trying to find ways to rip off people and con some more money into your bank account already full of billions of dollars.
I am on the line with a so-called "Customer Service" that cannot even set proper expectations nor empathize with a customer. I was asking for a reference number which you can surely give but he chooses not to. Kept me on hold for a very long time without any timeframe. Very rude tone in the Live Chat session.
I've had netflix for a few years now, and it seems every year they raise the monthly price. I don't see the difference in better changes at all, so why raise the price? Also, they don't have certain movies on there that I want to watch that brings back my childhood, " The Meteor Man" for example. Makes me miss Blockbusters.
Answer: They do not, but he can listen to stand up shows I guess
Answer: Ohh finally someone thats having the same problem... Netflix always blames my Wi-Fi but, I know thats not the problem. Considering canceling.
The company has a mixed reputation, with some customers appreciating its extensive library of content and user-friendly interface, which enhances the viewing experience. However, numerous complaints highlight significant dissatisfaction with rising subscription costs, technical issues like slow loading times, and customer service inadequacies. Many users express frustration over billing problems and the perceived decline in content quality, particularly regarding Netflix originals. Overall, while the platform remains popular for its variety, the growing concerns about service reliability and customer support suggest a need for improvement to retain loyal customers.
