We had a terrible experience with Blue Leaf Estate Auctions. They do not live up to their word. The whole estate auction took place at our father's house in the Spanish language. I don't speak a lot of Spanish but understood enough to know they were practically giving the household contents away. They have refused to provide us with an itemized inventory of what they sold & for how much in spite of the fact it all was being recorded by one of their employees as it was ongoing. We're supposed to accept their word on how much we made from the sale. We have no idea how much they took for themselves. I highly do not recommend Stephanie, Roland or Blue Leaf Estate Auctions. We felt scammed.
