These guys are Scammers the sales rep did not inform me about the subscription fee, she lied and said all we had to pay was 49.99$ US so i accepted the sells person then told me they can help us build on our website and give us a platform that shows us everything thats being done for us and how many people are viewing our listing and where we are on google, which was all a lie they sell one service and give nothing to the customer plus lie to the customer about services they can not provide like help improve ones website and on top of all that lie to the customer about the subscription fee and say that its a first month payment and when the customer comes to cancel the useless service he or she paid for they find out the amount they paid was an activation fee! And they then proceed to take money by pulling the monthly payment of in my case 179.99$US from their credit card on top of all that they are the worst in contacting thier customers this is a company from the US and when you want to call them you will be charged and when you want to request for someone to contact you by email no one responds, this one the first time we tried a marketing company and honestly never again they gave us the worst treatment they do not work as a team everyone's Rogue and does their own thing

The recruiter or the HR person who calls us for interview her name is Lekha thinks she is the creator of this universe when we try to explain something about our experience and Skill she doesn't have patience to listen and she will always use the word don't waste my time and she is very rude and mean person please don't prefer these types of companies where they don't even listen to our experience and skill according to me it is a mere waste of our time to deal with such idiots I will never ever recommend this company to others lunatic people

These people are FRAUDS and SCAMMERS
These people are Frauds and Scammers. They've taken a lot of money. I cancelled my account with the Match 2021. And they play dumb saying it's still active. Keep messing with my Google account. Ruined my website. Now customers can't see my products anymore. They changed my phone numbers so customers can't call my store, changed my email address so no communication with customers through there either. Changed my store hours showing opened during closed hours. I could never get a hold of anyone to fix the problem. When they call me I get the run around. Their still taking money out of my account 6 months after I terminated their services. They even claimed ownership of my Google my business so I can even fix the problem myself because it links it back to them. They even duplicated my Google my business. Please don't get these people. They pray on businesses. We're struggling as it is and they've been robbing me for months. They will destroy your business.

411.ca called me today maybe 5 minutes ago about wanting a reliable concrete contractor in the area, to which we are. The operator who was professional and polite on the phone passed me onto their boss. She asked me if I was reliable and available for jobs to which I said yes. She then asked if we travel for work at all. And I said yes, although it's rare as I do a 50km radius around my yard mostly but am willing to travel outside of that, but if it's far away from Toronto, e.g. Windsor then I pay them a travel allowance because I'm not an $#*! and that's only fair. She then said "ok" and hung up on me without saying a word.

That's unprofessional, and rude especially since you're supposed to be a business and a business is supposed to treat their clients with respect. How unprofessional to call anyone of the blue, waste the time of professional that you're talking to without any compensation of course, and then to hang up on then.

Fire the uncouth manager, put the initial operator in her position, and maybe the company will go somewhere or at least somewhere better.

If a company doesn't respect you, how can you respect that company or anything that it does. I give them one star and the only reason for this is because it won't allow me to give them zero stars.

And what was there to buy anyway? They never mentioned anything during the call related to money, but I guess that that's what they save until the end until they hook you in.

Definitely do not recommend even if it was your last choice on the planet. I'd rather look on Mars.

I unfortunately used this company for many years with my web design and they were to have us rank on Google searches. 1) the web designing was a pain in the butt, whenever we requested a change they would post the change live to my web page (2 days later) and if it wasn't what we wanted it would take another 2-3 days to get it fixed. Because of this I wanted access to my web page so that I can make simple changes that I wanted and after HOURS on the phone with them they informed me that THEY OWNED MY WEBPAGE, thank God they did not own our domain name so I was able to switch to a different company to handle everything. With that change I 2) come to find out when they ran tests to see how we ranked on google we were not even showing up at all under multiple different searches for our business. I wasted thousands of dollars with them and I hope I am able to save someone from the same fate.
