Went to their site via Google Products. After adding to checkout, it told me that they didn't place accept orders for under $25. If you aren't going to let me buy something that is priced under $25, DON'T ADVERTISE THAT I CAN BUY THE ITEM. Even when you add enough to your cart to hit the minimum, the shipping charges are at least $5 more than anyone else. RIPOFF.
I placed an order and had it mailed to my residence since it is more dependable than my business (for receiving shipments). They cancelled my order stating they would not ship to residences. I will never do business with these guys.
I was going to buy from here until I saw their address. Why are there hundreds of companies listed at this address, a small house in Wyoming? It looks very suspicious.
I was sent a link to this site by my boss. He asked me to compare them with our current suppliers catalog. The SKUs were the same and the pictures on the website were the exact same as those in the catalog from our current suppliers.
To cut a long story short, I said to my boss there must be something wrong with 365officesupplies prices, they were far to low. In the end what we decided to do order with them at 3:30pm to try them out. We placed a small order $43.00 (our usual price for this product was $78.20). We waited for the result.
11:20am next day UPS guy arrives and our order is complete (this is Thursday) and yes it was the exact same item. My boss told me to process our Months order through them, $1340. 00 on Thurday 5:45pm, (this order was a repeat or our previous months order, exact same costing $2235. 45).
The majority of our order arrived on Friday (a few things were coming from other depots, this was the same as our usual supplier)
I have to rate 365 office supplies on 1st and 2nd experiences as Fantastic.
I used their Live Help to say I was impressed, they send me a 5% off our next order. What a change to deal with a company like this.
