I sent in my drive, and they said if they can't recover 99% or more I will be able to decide whether to go with their service or not without a fee. They kept my drive for days for recovery, and then said they could recover 96% of the data and sent me the list.! Problem folder had all partially recovered files that may or may not open. Based on their report, whole drive had about 250GB data and! Problem folder had 230GB data, so I am entirely confused how they said they could recover 96% of the data at this point? They required me to pay them $115 for me to get my drive back even though they didn't provide 99% recovery. Based on my experience, I don't recommend them.
I have sent many drives to $300 Dollar Data Recovery and have had tremendous success and excellent service each time! I highly recommend them.
My 4TB backup hard drive failed with 20 years of business and personal records, 1000s of hi res digital photos of all of our family trips and events, and about 800 hi res and CD albums. Only about half of this data had been backed up to other drives. (My computer had wiped out earlier in the year.) Fortunately, I found $300 Data Recovery, they provided careful instructions, and I sent them the drive. The heads on the drive weren't working and the disk was scratched. At that point, I thought I'd lost priceless photos and videos of my family. But they got replacement heads for the drive and projected an 84% recovery. In fact, I believe I have a 99% recovery because the few files they couldn't recover were saved more than once on the drive. They kept me completely informed, didn't sugar coat the situation, and gave me the option of stopping at each step without spending money. With all of the problems with the drive and needing replacement heads, the cost was $140 higher than the original estimate. I have no doubt that others would have charged three times as much, and their communication and service could not have been better!
Effective, efficient, professional, reasonable price. Responsive, found the files in my Apple Mac Pro laptop 2017 edition
$300 Dollar Data Recovery is THE ONLY DATA RECOVERY COMPANY YOU SHOULD USE, regardless of whether you are in the USA or Canada or elsewhere for that matter.
I am in Canada and I got quotes from many data recovery companies here that started from $900.00 and up to $1,500 or more. Nobody in Canada would give me a straight answer and tell me how much it would actually cost if my data was recovered.
After doing research online, I found $300 Dollar Data Recovery, read a lot of their reviews and personally spoke to some of their customers on Facebook Messenger who were incredibly satisfied with their services. So I did my homework on $300 Dollar Data Recovery and thought I'd give them a try.
And boy am I glad I did. From beginning to end, the experience of dealing with them went very smoothly. For starters, Brian (owner of the company) and his team of experts are incredibly honest, (giving exact estimates on costs) easy to work with and their communications by email telling me everything going on every step of the way was AMAZING!
Bottom Line, in the end, it was cheaper (even with the Canadian/ American Dollar exchange rate) to send my broken external hard drive to California than to try and recover my data in Canada.
So, If I ever need these services again, I will not trust anyone else other than $300 Dollar Data Recovery to do the job!
