I bought this program a few years ago. If followed strictly, it is probably the most effective diet you will ever encounter. I am currently using it to get rid of my menopause belly and it is the only thing that works. Thank you Brian!

The book is well-structured and easy to follow. It's not the usual boring stuff you get to read which yields little to no result. The shorter time frame makes it more interesting, it makes you want to strive and focus harder to reach that goal in just 2 weeks. The problem with most training programs is that they can hardly motivate you or sustain the little motivation that you have. BUT this book is different. Seeing results in JUST 2 weeks will surely boost your motivation.

Before I read Brian Flatt' s " The 2 Week Diet", and started implementing his diet plan, I was wary of catchy headlines promising fast weight loss. But this diet plan totally REASSURED me. This is not your typical " wave your magic wand and start shedding kilos" plan, this program is science- based and it works if you FOLLOW it (you feel see the first results in the first couple of days). And the best of all- it will not endanger your health. Implement it and your body will thank you.
