Ridiculously aggravating -- the price at checkout does NOT include shipping. You don't even find out how much you're spending until AFTER you give them your credit card information. The TIME quoted at order is inaccurate. They say 7 days. When calling customer service, they tell me that in the terms of agreement it specifies up to 14 days. The only solution they can offer: make a SECOND order and they'll give me 1/2 off... end up with twice the product I need and give them MORE of my business? NO THANK YOU!

This was may be the worst experience I have ever had ordering something online. I placed an order 1 month before I needed the items. When I called 1 week after ordering to check on the order, I was told that they were being processed as we spoke. Great! When I called again a week later to make sure that the items would be shipped on time I was told that they would be shipped that very day. When I did not get them in the mail I called again and spoke to Paige. She informed me that the items had not even gone into production - but that she would put a rush on them and get then out with overnight delivery. Needless to say that it did not happen. I was never notified by e-mail of an issue, never called - nothing. When I called (and waited 54 minutes on hold) to speak to a supervisor - Lisa - I was hung up on. When I entered a ticket to request that Lisa the supervisor call me - I never received a call. I would NEVER order ANYTHING from this company. EVER. I would strongly warn anyone ordering from this online company that they will not communicate with you and you may get screwed in the end.
I placed an order with this company for 1000 printed wristbands and 500 koozies. They charged no rush fee and had my order shipped within 1 day. I don't usually write posts or reviews on companies but when I went to write a positive review for this company and ran across this negative one I felt compelled to let people know that the guys at 24hourwristbands.com are great. They don't scam people and they pick up their calls. Albeit a few times it took me a couple of minutes rather then an instantaneous pick up. Kalvin my sales rep did a stand up job. They're ok in my book.
Wow. This site f******g sucks! Horrible customer service (no one is even there to answer your calls so you sit on the phone for 10+ minutes for nothing.) I had no confirmation email or call letting me know that my order was recieved, or shipped or anything! THEN when i got my order, I DIDNT GET THE WHOLE ORDER! They refunded me a whopping $3.86. I would STRONGLY STRONGLY recommend you go to a different place!
I placed an order for 150 custom rubber bracelets, 2 day rush on 2/15/11 and I needed them by the 2/26/11. The bracelets should have been there by the 25th. It takes 7 days for custom order plus keep in mind that i had a 2 day rush. Here it is 3/1/11 and the bracelets still are not here. I needed the Bracelets for party favors. There is no way i would have ordered them if they would have not been able to deliver in time. When I called to find out when my order would be delivered I could speak to no one. I had to send a complaint via email which took days before anyone could get back to me. As of today I am still waiting for my order. The money came out of my checking account and now i am currently in dispute with them for a full refund. I would never use these people if my life depended on it. And I recommend that no one ever use this site ever. Its a fraud a scam and the customer is never right. Poor Customer Service.
