From getting very anxious after being informed that my order was on hold because of some out of stock items, to getting me my completed order a day early; I don't know how they did it, but they pulled it off! I'm impressed.
My image looks amazing but I wanted it printed on both sides and it is only on one. I looked at the invoice and it says one sided but the one i printed when I ordered them says both sides. So i am disappointed about that.
There were visible scratches all over the band and one of the bands snapped

I am very pleased with the wristbands! The price was not an issue, only felt the hidden shipping & handling charges for the free wristbands, should have been reflected in the line item charges... since the order was for a benefit to raise money for a friend of the family who had passed away due to a horrific automobile accident, the additional fees were not included in the fundraising budget expenses for the event. Other than that, we were pleased with our order
