Unhappy
December 11, 2017

Not happy! Took 16 days for delivery, when promise was 8-9 days. Ordered 11/20 and missed delivery ahead of 12/3 fundraising event. Had to order subsequent 24-hour rush order. Now sitting on two invoice/receipts. :(

I placed an order online for black drawstring bags with white print. During the checkout I I was given estimated delivery dates, all which were well before my event. The day after I paid I received an email saying they were out of black, would I like a different color? No or I would have ordered a different color! Cancel the order and refund my money.

Here's where it gets really rich. My refund had to be approved! By who? Another department, one that won't get on the phone. It's three business days later and still not approved so I call back. I'm told it's "scheduled to be approved tomorrow". What the what? If it's going to be approved then do it now. Don't sit on my money. And once approved it will take a few more days to show up in my account.

AVOID this business.

I accidentally ordered twice and thought it was going to be a disaster to clear up because I had paid with a prepaid debit card. I was pleasantly surprised when Richard cleared up everything in a matter of 5 minutes. He even showed me how increasing my quantity on 1 item actually lowered my final bill due to quantity! Excellent experience. I will order all of my wristbands and buttons each school year from 24hourwristbands.com

I placed an order for 1500 wristbands with a time sensitive deadline to receive them and somehow my freight forwarder was able to cancel some artwork on the bands so that they could be shipped out on time. I was not even consulted and the company allowed this! Then, their customer service reps insisted they spoke to me about it when they absolutely never tried to make contact with me to verify the changes. As far as I'm concerned, that's fraud and I'm going to contact my credit card company to reject the payment. It's not what I ordered. Shop around for another company. If I had read reviews on this company before ordering from them, I would have definitely found a different, more trustworthy company to do business with. So should you if you are considering ordering from the.

The product was better than I expected. I have to warn you if your are new at this like I was... Pick a 12 to 14 font and keep it simple. Luckily, I had several phone conversations with customer service due to my errors. With that said however, they came out GREAT. Thank you... easy company to work with. Quality bands. I will definitely order more

Great service + product
November 8, 2017

Just received my product ON TIME and with plenty of communication from 24hourwristbands.com. I will say, I paid extra for faster production and shipping, but it was very reasonably priced and it guaranteed my delivery date. Worth every penny.

The printing quality on my vinyl wristbands was great + everything looks in order. Appreciated the lack of excess packaging as well... much more environmentally friendly. Will definitely order again.

Got the job done!

Shipped so fast, the bracelets came a day before they were estimated. One small issue, if you choose screen printing, some of the printing gets on other parts of the bracelets. I ordered 300, and about 15 had random black smudges or lettering elsewhere

I have used this company several times, but I am totally unsatisfied with my product. Besides the fact that the imprint is too dark, the cups themselves are cut, scratched, peeling and unusable. I will be following up with customer service about a refund.

I was moved by the Holy Spirit to purchase these for a friend battling breast cancer. I placed the order late at night. The process to order is super easy. I called to verify the order would be delivered before the next Bible Study so as to pass them out. The delivery came a day earlier than guaranteed and the color, printing and designs were perfect. I'm impressed with this company and their product. I will def use them again when the need arises.

The impressions were only partially there, the press did not press deep enough to make the impressions so letters didn't show up and some words didn't show up at all. Given that these were a fundraiser to help raise our out-of-pocket expenses for my husband's upcoming lung transplant (once out of pocket expenses are raised), it was very disappointing. They were to read "Give Life a New Beginning" and "Donor Awareness" but only the solid teal ones could even be read at all. The teal and white "tye-dye" ones could not. We are still hopeful they will do the right thing and send corrected ones.

The colors were great, the design process was so easy. Even with myself making a mistake they were able to fix it and get me the exact numbers I needed earlier than expected. We were using these bands as a fund raiser for a community police officer and they brought him to tears, Thank you for helping us support our Brother.

HORRIBLE! I can't state enough how terrible the customer service is. I placed an order with the latest possible arrival being 2 days before my event. It turns out that is incorrect and when I called to see what was happening with the order, they informed me that it could arrive up to 2 weeks past that date! No one notified me that this could be an issue and then tried to sell me on "expedited shipping" for 1/3 the cost of the over 2,000 wristbands! There were multiple ways this company could have avoided this issue and they chose to charge more when you don't have another choice because you have 10 days left before your event and you misplaced your trust in them. I am extremely upset and will not use this company EVER again!

Coasters

Really disappointed with the quality of my coasters vs the price. They did arrive two days sooner than expected, which was nice... but some had printer lines in them and they all had bumps down the side from where they used to be connected together in sheets...

Placed an order for 50 masks in June and still waiting for a shipment in mid August. The standard attempt through chat support is to quote a standard policy about how long it takes to ship things. File a trouble ticket and you find out they are seriously understaffed (at least that's the story). Still wondering if this is a legit business and if I should contact the Texas attorney general's office to complain.

Set up fee for reorders

Great products, fast shipping, and good customer service. As a non-profit, we need the most cost efficient means available. Our only problem was with reorders. While attempting to reorder the same items, you are still charged a set up fee. This was $20 for each item in our case. If we had known this before, we would have stayed with our previous vendor that only charges a set up fee once.

Our goal is to always provide you quality products with the most affordable price. Please understand that we have over 18,000 products online and get over 1000 orders everyday. Therefore, we are unable to stock every screens that was made to print an order. So, when you place a reorder, we may have the previous designs on file but the screens need to be made from scratch. Therefore, we charge setup fees every time you place the order. This is a one-time fee per order and it is constant regardless of quantity. We hope we were able to clarify. Thank you. Regards.

Whatever you do, customers beware of this company they are the absolute worst ever! If you are use to dealing with reputable companies that value customer satisfaction this is certainly not it. This company will truly prove they only want your money regardless of how dissatisfied you are as a customer instead of attempting to make it right. I went back and forth with them for several weeks regarding the poor quality product I received and they simply did not care. After finally growing extremely tired of their poor quality of customer service I informed them to just keep the money since it appeared they needed or wanted it that bad. So now I am stuck with products I absolutely cannot use. What a total waste dealing with this company and certainly a lesson learned.

Fix Packaging
December 28, 2017

My package of band-it signs were placed in such a huge box around Christmas time that people (assuming the mail man or others) tried to get into my box by cutting the tape. Overall, my package was tampered with but they fixed the next order that came with the box being smaller to fit the band-it signs so it doesn't look like I bought a flat screen tv and it can be stolen. Thanks for fixing the issue.
