Greetings all, if it's not too much trouble, be cautious while picking these individuals to make you a site, they will show/let you know that it will be brilliant, tragically I succumbed.
They constructed me a site that seems to be a 10 year old had made. Furthermore, needed to charge me $17,000 only for that.
The SEO content had incalculable spelling blotches wich was build from poor Indian operation.
They guaranteed it would be finished in 6 two months and it took more like 3 months, after I saw the site and educated them how I believed, I requested that I needed a portion of my store back (I had put a $9,000 store) they dint even consider it and turned extremely discourteous, then I get a call seven days after the fact saying they required my ABN to close my record and discount my cash, off kilter I dint trust them, and asked that they express that in an email so I would have confirmation, he answered no issue, it's been more than about a month at this point and haven't heard a word from Sapan, Darshan or Ruchir.
Remain safe and stay away from these fake folks! And fake company 23 Digital.

Seems very strange that when 23 Digital receives a negative review they instantly get positive reviews after it to try and cover it.
Looking at the last negative review they received they received 4 positive reviews in the span of 2 hours, Hmmm seems a bit suspicious to me.
From the slack support I received from them for my websites SEO I do not believe that these so called positive reviews are real and are fake reviews fabricated to make 23 Dig
23 Digital are liars.
All of the good reviews that you see on Google reviews are from employees from the company trust me.
I have so much to say but I'm going to keep it brief. The bottom line is DO NOT do business with 23 Digital unless you want to end up in my situation.
Basically I have been trying to get a logo and online store from them since February 2019. It's now December.
Kept giving me the run around and asking for more money after I had paid and they just keep asking for more money.
They know how to run good game to make you believe in them. Don't fall for it.
I think their development team is based offshore as when I get an email back from them it is not in clear English.
It's honestly something that anyone can make but I figured since I already paid then why not. I called them out multiple times, I even wrote a bad review before which they convinced me to take down and here we are again. Don't do it.

After working with 4 different SEO companies, I was hesitant to give SEO another go. Gladly, I signed up with 23 Digital and this would be my best decision. I am wondering why I did not find them earlier. Before signing up, they showed me the results they are providing to their existing clients. Since the last six months my business has almost doubled and I am very happy with 23 Digital. Highly recommend them 100%

Very disappointing is how I would describe 23 Digital.
In an industry were customer service is paramount, these people drop the ball all the time.
Emails always down. Support never call you back. Avoid like the plague unless you want a bunch of serious issues and constant web and email downtime.
Sorry guys, you really need to have a close look at yourselves and take note.
I would definitely not recommend you to any business.

Constant issues with 23 Digital.
They have completely stuffed up our website and email accounts -just one problem after another.
They do not respond to calls( call center passing on info, so no direct line).
I called regarding no access to emails on 25th Jun 2019 and to date still no response.
The website hosting I use with them also manages the email accounts and they had an issue with their server that had stopped all emails working for 48 hours and when they fixed the server issue all of the emails were deleted, they could not get them back and we had important information.
In the end I had enough of 23 Digital and their reviews and decided to cut my losses and lose my money.

They've gone above and beyond what they're contracted to offer. And offer some great business advice any time i have a query about what to do with my marketing approaches.
