I have them and they were just ok for claims. I feel sorry for the adjusters. The administration is mean to their workers britt
Please do not get this insurance . They are dishonest. They do not like to pay claims. Adjuster's play games and lie a lot. I went 4 months with out a car because of them. On matter how high you go up there chain you can't get help. Devin freeman is a higher up and he is just playing games too. So don't waste your money on this company. And now he his saying there is no legal department for them to make a complaint. Wow what a company.
I was also unhappy with the customer service at 21st Century Auto Insurance.
Would not recommend this web site or the insurance to anyone. The staff are argumentative and rude. Calls are not returned by staff, claims or Supervisors.
Supposedly calls are recorded but if an issue has to be investigated and 21st.com is in question you can count on the recordings mysteriously not being located and the issue goes unresolved. Saved 21st.com money on a non-fault claim and this went ignored. Changes are made to a policy after the fact and when issues are in question you can count on getting nothing but excuses and they are famous for passing the buck. Claims is notorius for providing information
to a policy holder that is not valid and when questioned, once again you get no
resolve but that person is not responsible for making that decision-so where did
they get the information given to the policy holder in the first place? 21st.com does not honor what they relate to a policy holder. Reported 21st.com to the NC
Insurance Commission because issues and problems prevailed from the time we
switched to this insurance company until we CANCELED the policy!!!!
