I lost more than 130 USD. I haven't got any product nor the refund. It's been 3 months. They are using bots to give positive reviews for themselves.

I got scammed by 1outlets.
After one month and a half of waiting, they cancelled my order and said they will give me an in-store credit.

Ordered expensive earplugs (Etymotics ER20XS) on January 19,2019. It's been 4 months but still shows as "PENDING SHIPPING (PROCESSING)".
At this point, I don't think I'll ever receive them, or get my money back.
Lesson learnt.
Would prefer to receive my purchase within 7 working days instead of waiting for a month. Price is cheaper if compared to our website.
