Terrible.
Ordered expensive earplugs (Etymotics ER20XS) on January 19, 2019. It's been 4 months but still shows as "PENDING SHIPPING (PROCESSING)".
At this point, I don't think I'll ever receive them, or get my money back.
Lesson learnt.
