With the exception of Confirming times for Pick Up (Co. Called, I said After 2 pm, Truck showed up at 8am!) And Delivery (I requested AFTER the 5th Of April, call was made for Delivery the 3rd...Settled on the 4th) The Move itself was perfect. It was well secured and delivered damage free. I would use them again and Just get the Times Confirmed in writing...

EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE I RUN INTO A COMPANY THAT HAS GOOD STRUCTURE FROM TH MOMENT OF FIRST CONTACT. WENT ON A LONG DISTANT TRIP WITH BROTHER AND FRIEND. HEARD OF AA THOUGH THE INTERNET AND WASN'T SURE ABOUT THEM AT FIRST. GLAD I CHOOSE THEM. IF I GO ON ANOTHER TRIP NEXT YEAR, I'L USE THEM AGAIN.
All great. The only item to look at would be that i was given a required "available to ship" date 2 weeks prior to delivery but the bike was available for delivery in one week.
When shipping one of my prized motorcycles it only makes sense to use a shipper who knows motorcycles and that is ALL he does! Great guy and a great service. YEA!
I called customer service about a carrier issue that did not contact me to schedule a delivery, albeit it would have been early in the delivery window. My scooter arrived in Omaha, NE on a tuesday evening. No one called me to schedule a delivery. I live in Lincoln, NE about 50 miles away. I contacted customer service and was informed that I could contact the carrier, which I did. The carrier claimed they called me, which did not happen, nor did they inform AA1 motorcycle to let you know I could not be reached. Instead, the carrier chose to leave in the their warehouse until the next week since they only ship on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I decided to pickup the scooter on the following Thursday, after Omaha NE received it. I then called your customer service department to express my displeasure. I was assured that I would receive a $25 dollar credit because I picked up my scooter in Omaha as well as a form to submit a formal complaint to the carrier. Neither promise was fulfilled so far. I hope someone will look into this matter since my shipping experience was less than optimal. Thanks Bobby Torres
WE SENT 2 ATVS TO OUR HOUSE IN THE HIGH DESERT IN THE INLAND EMPIRE. WE SENT THEM FROM NEW MEXICO. UPON ARRIVAL ONE OF THE BATTERIES WERE DEAD. THEY WORKED FINE WHEN THEY WERE IN NM SO I DON'T KNOW WHAT HAPPENED.

This was the second time this year I had you ship a motorcycle for me you guys are awesome your prices are awesome I always get other prices and my thing is how long will it take well everybody else was a little too a lot higher But they want to take a month to get me my motorcycle when I made the deal with you you guys are always early always early This time you were two days early and the turnaround was only eight days from when I gave you the money to my motorcycle coming from Miami Florida to Carson City Nevada over 3000 miles done and the semi driver guy Sean is awesome don't ever get rid of him other than that overall satisfaction give you an A plus

The price may seem a bit expensive compared to other but honestly when it comes to shipping your valuables, do you really want to gamble with prices because it may seem cheaper? They were many different available shipping companies, but with the speed and quality of how my motorcycle was shipped, I could not be more satisfied. I called the company late Monday evening(24 Feb 2014), I just happened to catch Selwyn (my shipping agent) prior to closing business hours. He was very helpful and asked me to fax my contract information the following day. My bike was picked up 3 business days after I faxed my contract -- 23 Feb 14 (Long story short, I recevied my motorcycle in mint condition 9 calendar days after faxing my contact (w/ a 2 week window, I was shocked to receive my motorcycle so quickly). It was well worth the price, and it was delivered straight to my driveway I might add. The tracking system was pretty accurate, although not much movement happened in the first 2 days, I noticed it was picking up a lot of speed on the 3rd day and throughout the process until I received it. Although this was my first time ever having to ship a motorcycle, I was very satisfied with my overall experience, and recommend this shipping company to anyone I know.
