These people have the absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. The phone I bought from them was defective, so I contacted them through their website. I received no response so I tried again. No response again so I emailed them. No response again so I contacted PayPal. I got a response that time asking me to take pictures of what the phone was doing, and I told them that wasn't possible because the things the phone was doing were random, like failing to recognize my keyboard and changing the default input method. Only after a lengthy investigation was I able to figure out what had happened and fix it, and I didn't a camera rolling the whole time to show what had happened. They responded and asked for pictures, and I told them again that it wasn't possible. They responded and asked for pictures, and I told them again that it wasn't possible. They responded again and asked for pictures, so I contacted PayPal again. The seller responded and said to close the dispute and they would help me. I told them to help me and then I would close the dispute. They said they had to make money, but if I would send them my phone they would give me a discount on another phone. There is absolutely NO chance that I will ever buy anything from them again, and I would strongly discourage anyone else from buying anything from them. Any money saved is not worth the problems.
