When I ordered my contacts, I was on my last pair and the new contacts came with in the week.
I ordered a year worth of contacts. The person who placed my order on the phone spelled my street wrong and got my ZIP Code confused. When I got the email, I realized those things were incorrect, and I was quite worried about whether I would get the shipment when I sent an email about the mix up. I was told that I should call USPS and fix it. I did receive the contacts. I'm happy to have them, but it was stress that I wish wasn't a part of the experience.

I am happy with this order because it stated right on the order page that 4 boxes needed to be ordered to get the rebate since it defaults to automatically 3 boxes. I would not have ordered if it did not state that, but I am still really mad that it did not tell me that on my first order and I did not order enough boxes to get the rebate. I just assumed that 3 boxes of each eye was more than 4 boxes and when I called when I received the order, they told me that they could not refund and reorder and that they could not order 2 more boxes to the original order to get the rebate. Needless to say I was never going to order from get-lens again. But, I was happy to get the rebate this time!
