I am happy with this order because it stated right on the order page that 4 boxes needed to be ordered to get the rebate since it defaults to automatically 3 boxes. I would not have ordered if it did not state that, but I am still really mad that it did not tell me that on my first order and I did not order enough boxes to get the rebate. I just assumed that 3 boxes of each eye was more than 4 boxes and when I called when I received the order, they told me that they could not refund and reorder and that they could not order 2 more boxes to the original order to get the rebate. Needless to say I was never going to order from get-lens again. But, I was happy to get the rebate this time!
I have ordered contacts from my eye doctor's office for years (which is very expensive), but after hearing about 1-800-contacts, I decided to make the switch. I was very glad I did because they offer more discounts and their overall prices are cheaper. After ordering, I only had to wait a few days and my contacts were delivered. Very fast!
