The flowers were very pretty. They had to adjust the arrangement a little but still they were pretty. Flowers were sent on time and the wife was happy. Happy wife happy life!

It was nice not having to pay for shipping which can cost up to 30-40% of your product that you are sending
I ordered flowers for a friend who had broken her leg. She was really impressed at how beautiful the flowers were. She said the flowers lifted her spirits!
Looked just like the picture. She was the envy of everyone at work. Easy to go on to the site to order. Search for anniversary and the first hit was the perfect one as it was her favorite color.
If you advertise a product, allow me to place an order for the product, take my payment for the product, then you MUST provide the product to me. If the product is not available in my area, then say so, but don't take my order and my money, then not get my order delivered. I have called numerous times. Your company cannot find a florist in my area to provide the product, so just tell me and I will go somewhere else. But you keep saying you will try another, then you do not find another and I have to call AGAIN to find out why the product has not arrived. TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE service. LIES. I WILL NEVER USE 1800FLOWERS AGAIN. And I will tell everyone I know about the awful experience I have had with your company
Extremely unhappy with how my order was handled. I placed my order on Monday 4/17 at 2:15 pm pst for the service on Wednesday 4/19 at 9:30 am cst. Everything was all setup and I was under the impression my flowers would be delivered for the service as promised. Imagine my surprise when I received two phone calls from an 800 numbers that turned out to be 1-800-Flowers (at 8:19 am pst and 9:15 am pst) saying that by the time the local florist got the order, the service had already started and they wanted an alternative delivery address. This is completely unacceptable! I was not able to attend the service since I live several states away and wanted to show I was thinking of them by having the flowers at the service. I will literally never use 1800Flowers again!
I ordered this from picture and realized in was being shipped in box however did not realize it was just bulbs that were no where even close to the picture. Will know better next time
The beautiful tulip bouquet was a rainbow of colors. It made the recuperating recipient very happy and it also served as a lovely Easter centerpiece. We're both delighted with the quality and presentation of the tulip bouquet.

I ordered flowers on 4/10/17 to be delivered after her surgery on 4/13/17. I didn't realize it until they got my money that they wouldn't be delivered until the 18th! I've had problems with them before and I still haven't learned! I guess this is my fault. I keep thinking I'll get a different result than on the previous occasions..
The arrangement I ordered was for my mothers birthday. She loved it. It was a live plant and she loved that she can plant the flower and see it all summer!

You should be able to review with no stars. I ordered a large flower arrangement on the phone with 1800flowers after reviewing many of their online offers. I wanted an all white classic arrangement to be sent to my father in laws funeral from his family. It was sent an hour late to his service I not only got an email to confirm the time it was delivered but I was there when it came it. HOW EMBARRASSED I was to not only get it an hour into the service but it was 1/3 of the size it was promised to be with only two lilies and two roses the rest carnations. It looked like a $15 Walmart arrangement in a cheap vase that I paid $111.28 to be sent... I AM SO MAD never again... buyer beware. I am disputing all charges however when I contact 1800flowers they wanted to send me a "gift' as an apology... really? REFUND is the only solutions and lets face it when you mess up this bad there is no solution
The delivery was prompt. The "perfect for the occassion" flowers arrived in excellent condition, and are opening up beautifully. The recipient was very pleased. I am happy that I chose 1-800-Flowers and will definitely use them again.
My recipient was very very happy with her flowers! Beautiful! Delivered the same day I ordered them. I used the online site, which was very easy to use and I had great help from customer service via chat. I'm told that the flowers received are still looking great a week and a half later! Thank you!
