Flowers were DOA
June 15, 2017

Many of the flowers looked half dead on arrival and the whole bouquet only lasted a couple days. This is my 2nd experience with 1-800-Flowers and neither one has gone right. They won't burn me a 3rd time. Stay away.

I've never had a problem with 1-800-Flowers. If I email them to request a specific time for delivery, they respond quickly, telling me that they've notified their florist in my area. As for some of the other reviewers complaining about the size of their floral orders being smaller than they thought it would be, 1-800-Flowers does provide the dimensions in the description. It's not their fault if the customer didn't look hard enough.

Before i placed the order, i was very clear that it needed to be deliver before 2 o'clock. By 2, I called and they said that they TRIED to deliver it but they were closed. Someone was at the place all the time.
They shouldn't make promises that they can't keep, also they shouldn't lie on a customer. I would never ever used them again

Flowers sent in a box appears to be the way to go, at least, for me. The flowers are appreciated by the recipients, and flowers appear to get better each day. I normally order roses. I have used other floral designers, with personal delivery, and was not happy. The floral arrangements arrived pretty but did not last long for the excessive price that was charged. 1-800 Flowers will make it right if an arrangement does not meet the needs of the recipient. Thank you for this opportunity to express what is important to me.

The second plant arrived at my friend's home and it was exactly the same as the first - very small. I had paid for the larger size planter. I've also never received the $20 credit 1-800 promised.

Flowers for Mom

I've already contacted customer service, but have not heard back from them. I ordered your (25) multi-colored tulips because I wanted something very bright that would evoke Spring. I got dark purple with a few yellow tulips that was more appropriate for a funeral. VERY disappointed.

Customer service was great! I called to make sure that the order I placed for my boss was going to be delivered before a certain time frame - 11 a.m. The flower shop who took the order went above and beyond! The flower arrangement was gorgeous and they delivered at 10 a.m.! An hour before the time I specified. Now that's service!

I have been doing business with them since 1986 and have had only one mishap. They are awesome, reliable, and flowers are always fresh and beautiful. Tried a couple of others because of price, but I always come back to 1800flowers

I have always used 1-800 flowers to send to my mother, who lives internationally, flowers just because and of course on holidays. For Mother's Day I have spent over $70 on flowers. She received a bouquet from the local shop in her town to what was maybe a $20 max bouquet. I understand 1-800 flowers uses local flower shops I'm frustrated and disappointed that the local shop thought what they delivered was worth the money spent. I contacted 1-800 flowers customer service, they responded and agreed to send another bouquet free of charge which was ever received.
Very Disappointed customer...

First Time Buyer

These muffins are wonderful. They taste great. We put some in the freezer. We are very pleased with the different flavors. At first I was a little hesitant because I read some negative reviews I have no idea why? Anybody would give these muffins a negative review.

I've have used this service twice in 2017 and have been completely satisfied. Both arrangements were stunning and loved by the recipient, who received many compliments on them.
