The arrangement delivered was nothing compared to what I thought I was ordering. I understood that it wouldn't be exactly as pictured but I ordered a display of roses and what was delivered was not even close.
They were delivered the same day as ordered (a day early my fault!) and the family were very responsive to the arrangement.
Flowers were delivered on the wrong date and refused. When they were delivered on the correct date, it was not the same arrangement. Quality and variety of flowers is lacking. Only 3 roses included. The rest is carnations and mums, very inexpensive flowers. For $80.00 I was expecting more of a WOW factor. Not. Disappointing
Perfect timing and they were beautiful. It made my receivers smile - both her and her husband! Perfect!
Only issue was the vase advertised was not available, I was contacted before delivery for approval of substitution.
I ordered flowers for my wife and the Arrangement that came didn't look like the picture on the website I guess it was OK she loved the flowers
Not quite satisfied by the delivered bouquet. Not worth the price I´m afraid. I sent a complain which I hope they did something about to rectify.
I ordered an orchid for my sister, and she received it in a timely manner. However, I didn't look closely at the size. It was small for $35, and proportionately, I thought it was rather expensive.
The only thing I would say, be careful of sending out confirmation of deliveries before the order is actually delivered. For people like me, who have been burned many times, it sends out a warning bell. Since I am familiar with how they do things now, I wouldn't over react the next time. But it still isn't a great idea to send out confirmation of deliveries prior to the delivery being made. The products were remarkable!
They were really touched by the canvas portraying a tree with their names and date of marriage inscribed on it. They told me they actually cried, of course tears of joy! It was so much better than an old 50th wedding anniversary plate that people usually give. They also liked the romantic fortune cookie with a personalized message inside. Both came nicely packaged I was told and on the specified day. Couldn't be more proud of my purchase. I did not know that you sold other items than flowers from a wide range of companies, until I went online to check you out. Glad I did.
Thank you as my daughter received them on time on her birthday and said the flowers were beautiful! I appreciated you for filling my order so quickly after having a hard time trying to do it online
