This florist has the worst customer service. I never received my $115.00 flower arrangement. I called them at 3 pm after checking status online about my order and their site said the order was delivered. Not true, we never got our arrangement. Speaking with customer service, they said the arrangement was out for delivery without even calling the florist they assigned to deliver. All lies. This company is not trust worthy
I ordered flowers for a family member's funeral. The bouquet received was no where near what I ordered. And half the flowers are dead looking. I called customer service and they hung up on me. TWICE. Horrible company. Do NOT use them.
What was received vs what was ordered. Am I crazy of it doesn't even look remotely the same? And we ordered the deluxe too. When I complained they only gave me a partial credit back. Never order from here. They are awful.
I ordered/paid for flowers nearly 2 moths ago. They were scheduled to arrive 12/29. They ever showed up. I spent hours on the phone and using the live chat option to find a solution. My order was delayed to 1/3/24. Today I tried to look at the tracking info and my order could not even be found. After spending yet another infuriating hour working with customer service I am told my order has been pushed to 1/6/24. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. It almost seems like they are trying to be incompetent at this point. Unless you hate yourself an enjoy wasting time and money order from someone else.
I ordered bouquet for a family friend's birthday for $70 and was in shock when she sent me a picture of what it actually looked like. It looked like "the local florist" went to Kroger and picked up whatever flowers they had on sale. So I reached out to the customer service and they were nice enough to schedule another delivery the next day. When my friend got the new bouquet I asked her to send me a picture of it. It still looked nothing like the picture and not as full. No way 3 roses and greenery cost $70 and that's with 25% coupon.
I received a Gardenia plant and ornament as a gift. I appreciate my father's gift very much, but I feel he was ripped off. The Gardenia is very small, measuring approximately 8" x 10", the ornament is plastic and thin metal, something you would purchase at a dollar store. I'm sure he paid in the $70.00 range to have this shipped to me.
Of course I would never say anything to my father, but I would like to warn others. I feel the pictures on the website make the items look better than they are.
We had a tragic death in the family. I was told that they could guarantee delivery to the church in time for the funeral. THEY DIDN'T. The flowers STILL have not been delivered. Anytime I call, there is a brief pickup and then the phone just hangs up. When I use their supposed "chat" function, there is never a timely response. They CLAIM that there is less than 0 minute wait, but you can tell from the screenshot of the chat that even that is a lie. I am going to complain to my credit union to have this fraudulent charge removed.
I placed an order with 1800Flowers like I have so many times before when you need flowers sent right away. My friend had lost her dog of 16 years, and I know there will be a lot of people who say "get over it, it was a dog" and others will understand. If you're in the first camp, just scroll on... My friend received her flowers within hours but sent me a note that said "Thanks you are too kind. BTW- I don't totally understand the card. Is it Biblical? Or is someone getting an engagement arrangement with a sad pet passing note?"
The attached picture of the card was a major error! I immediately started a chat with 1800 and sent the photos and they asked "How can we make this right?" I said "At a time where accuracy and timeliness counts, you fell short. I feel like you should give me a partial credit back to my account, at least take off the delivery charge." Their response was a basic HELLZ NO. I won't be using them again, and I've done business with them for well over 20 years.
Ordered flowers for my cousins funeral funeral early Friday morning for a Saturday afternoon service. 4 hours later I get a call telling me they cancelled my order with no explanation. I panicked and asked if I had been refunded and was told yes. A week later still no refund. I called them having to give my order number 6 times and was told the refund had already went through... Which it had not. Then was told that they would now cancel the order!? And the refund would take 14 business days. DO NOT order from this incompetent company and their awful customer service. Calling my bank in the morning.
I ordered premium red roses in a red vase two weeks ago to be delivered 2/14/17. Our first Valentine's day as husband and wife. I waited patiently by the phone to hear the jubilation in my wife's voice upon delivery. By 4pm the roses had not been delivered, and after attempting every way possible to contact them, I was left sending an email as all other communication channels were unavailable due to high volume. High volume at 4pm on Valentine's day? Surely there can't be that many last minute orders. Now I realize it must of been so many unsatisfied customers. I was told several times they were sorry but they could not give me a refund. I only gave 2 start rating because, after 2+ hours of demanding a refund I was finally told my order would be cancelled and refunded in 7 business days. No confirmation number was given so it's yet to be seen.
I should have looked at the reviews before ordering. Ordered Flowers on 5/2/18, to arrive on 5/3/18, it is now 5/4/18 still have not arrived. When calling 1800Flowers customer service (outsourced), you cannot get a resolution.
I will never order through them again!
Over the years I've had multiple delivery issues (wrong address, left out in weather without even ringing the bell). Each time I'd go through the hassle of working with customer service to get it right the second time. Today I finally lost my cool. Birthday bouquet with vase for my mother, left outside garage door in the freezing cold by FedEx in two boxes. Flowers all dead. Anyone who reads this I am begging you for your own sanity - go direct to the florist and don't use 1800flowers.
Ordered flowers for my mother's 90th. By mistake didn't put her address in. I immediately tried to change it but there's no way to correct the mistake on line l. So I called customer service. It's somewhere in Eastern Europe with horrible crackly phone service. It took 5 torturous phone calls to set this right. Never again. Next time I'll find a local florist and call directly. Probably much cheaper too.
Awful service. I ordered Mothers Day flowers on Friday, still hadn't arrived as of today Monday.
Contacted their support team and they responded with "I am sorry for the long hold. But upon checking there is no nearby shop for your order meaning there will not be a delivery that will arrive."
No notice, no I'm sorry, nothing. Just you're up a tree. Never going to do business with this awful company again.
1800 Flowers is fantastic! Great website, delivered when promised. I recently shopped with them and found a wide variety of flowers, sweets, and lovely suggestions for gifts. Will visit their site again!
Do not use this company. I bought a $40 bouquet of flowers plus $20 for delivery and 6 stems arrived (tulips). What a joke. I sent an email to their customer service team and they could have cared less.
Customer service sucks i order 3 days of gift for mothers day paid $130.00 and still nothing. Customer support has only given me a run around and i cant get real answers on where my delivery is. I will never use them again and also would never recommend they. They are by far the worst ive had to deal with.
My husband is in the army and stationed overseas. We just celebrated our 10 wedding anniversary on 4-2-2015. I found out today that my husband ordered flowers 10 days before our anniversary date. He even called twice the morning of to make sure they would be delivered to me. They never sent them and never offered him an explanation as to why not. When he complained with numerous emails the following week, they finally offered a refund... And that was it. Nothing else. A deployed soldier wanted to surprise his pregnant wife on their 10 year wedding anniversary. 1-800-flowers... Thank you for not giving a da*n about our special day. You can bet we will NEVER order from you again. And we will be sure to spread the word about your horrible company and even worse customer service.
I order some flowers from this company, the total should have been around $65.00 but was instead $90.00
Somehow they have a checked box on their checkout process to trick you into adding something you don't need. It sounds like a scam to me!
Ordered some flowers to be delivered to my boss when his Mother passed away. Flowers were to be delivered on Friday. Got a delivery confirmation but no flowers. Said would deliver again but never did. Said would give a refund but money was transfered out of my account. Went from pending to posted. So I paid $62 for nothing and looks like not getting money back. Damn. Gave 1 star because you cant give 0
