1800CPAP Did a great job handling my order. The had a cpap model available for immediate deliver in these times of availability and delivery issues and promptly shipped my unit. I desperately needed a replacement as a result of the Resmed recall. Resmed stated they would replace their dangerously malfunctioning unit "sometime this year!" That is no help for those of us who rely on cpap for sleep and health issues.

All in all, I was satisfied especially that when I called customer service, they were able to help me. However, when I tried to edit my cart after I realized that I could save on shipping costs by adding an item, I could not figure out how to do it. It all worked out after I called.

In some cases, people that purchase products from us can submit a claim to their insurance for reimbursement on their own behalf however we cannot bill Medicare or private insurance. Hope this helps.
