Order experience & delivery fine. Cloth mask did not work for me at all. Just would not prevent leakage, after endless fiddling with the straps. Would not inflate properly. Only used it part of 1 night, was unable to sleep & had to go back to silicon masks with cloth liners.
Not quite sure about the recent penchant for 'reviews' over a basic health service like providing specialized materials to patients. Rather think it's ridiculous, TBH.
First time ordering from 1800CPAP. Very happy with the good service, selection of products and very competive pricing. Items I purchased were priced much better than at other sites. Will order again when product is required.

I have been 'experimenting' with a couple of sizes of nasal pillows for a cpap mask I purchased on my own. I searched several sites and found the cost a bit prohibitive. Then I came across 1800cpap.com. I lucked out as they were having a sale on exactly what I needed! I placed the order easily. Their service is very prompt and delivery is fast, too. Very pleased overall.
I ordered a mask as I have sensitivity to silicon. My cpap clinic sent to the internet rather than help me. I got a cloth mask which I've used but it still isn't right. It makes a lot of noise and wakes me up. So I either wake up with a runny nose(old one) or I wake up because of the noise(new one). No one has answers.
I used to use a different Cpap provider and decided to try 1800Cpap. There is no comparison. I always used to order my supplies online, but recently have been calling in my orders because the people on the phones always mention deals and specials going on. Awesome service.

I misordered a different style mask than I wanted. Problem was I got two. The CS rep was very cordial and replaced the one I opened under warranty and also gave me a pre-paid label to send the other back to them. The correct ones arrived in 2 days. Wow!

Seemed like good company to work with. Purchase was not re-turnable if not happy with it. Said it would be used medical equipment. Other company where we made purchase had better return policy. 800CPAP promptly refunded purchase amount...
This is so much easier than using the CPAP machine. It does not work if I'm sleeping on my back, what it does do is forces me to wake me up, and I roll onto my side. That slight inconvenience is not ever going to be enough to make me wanna go back to using the CPAP machine!

In some cases, people that purchase products from us can submit a claim to their insurance for reimbursement on their own behalf however we cannot bill Medicare or private insurance. Hope this helps.
