What I liked about this company was the communication and the customer service. I live in Korea so I did have to make a call about some details for shipping. I didn't have to push a million buttons to get to a customer rep, it was right there. All questions and concerns were answered and I have my product in perfect condition. Could not be happier.
I understand that you can't try the product and send it back. I wish you had someway of trying a new product without losing money. The mask looks beautiful, but I feel like I'm suffocating. I have been wearing a mask for years and the latest one is by far my least favorite. I do no wear it.

I have purchased several CPAP related items from 1800CPAP and I am satisfied with pricing and shipping. But their email barrage very quickly became overwhelming. No one needs an email every day from a company you will probably do business with once or twice per year. I was also a little disappointed that they do not seem to offer discounts on the machines. But it's very difficult to find those discounts anywhere, which suggests it might be due to manufacturer rules.

It seems that even with the smaller nose inserts, it is not very comfortable. The thing is quite noisy and not as comfortable as I thought it would be. I am quite dissapointed!

In some cases, people that purchase products from us can submit a claim to their insurance for reimbursement on their own behalf however we cannot bill Medicare or private insurance. Hope this helps.
