I have been really frustrated dealing with DME providers and insurance for my CPAP supplies. I was long overdue for some filters and a new nose pillow for my Dreamstation 2. In some cases, people that purchase products from us can submit a claim to their insurance for reimbursement on their own behalf however we cannot bill Medicare or private insurance. Hope this helps.
