Suppose to send size Large but instead received Medium size. Unable to claim because item already open up.

I spent over three hundred dollars on cpap masks then am told you need a prescription. If I had been notified about that before I never would have sent you the order. Now refund my money! Cancel my order. I will never do business with you again!

My CPAP quit working so I took it back for repairs. They did a good job fixing it. The only reason for the 4 star rating and not 5 is it took a while to repair. So I was without my CPAP for a few weeks.
I ordered a CPAP mask that ended up being just wrong for me. It looked like what I wanted and had good reviews but it was the wrong size and I could not wear glasses with it on. I understand their policy on medical equipment does not allow returns, but unless you are getting a replacement part, you cannot even try it on without opening the package. I would've accepted 50% for restocking if they'd allowed it. I will donate this to a friend in healthcare and hope it helps someone who can't afford a new mask.

Ordered a medium sized nose pillow head gear set. Arrived timely, but nose pillows were XS. Made several attempts to speak to someone at the 800 phone number provided, but unable to call during the day hours. Used the.com address to finally make contact. Then I had to send photo confirmation of the item ordered. Lesson learned: ALWAYS take a photo of received items with the shipping receipt. Not sure what would have happened if I hadn't done that, especially since so much time had lapsed.
I ordered a new mask, hose and headgear. Needed them quick (dog attacked the old gear). I've ordered from here numerous times and have been impressed with quick delivery. I paid extra for expedited delivery - again, dog destroyed old set up. 1800CPAP did what I expected (and paid for), but USPS dropped the ball. Even though I paid for expedited shipping, it was 1 + weeks to receive my order. This was not 1800CPAC's fault, but they didn't really have an answer or remedy. I was told in numerous emails that if I didn't receive my order within a certain time frame (Way outside of what I paid extra for), they would take action.
They sell MEDICAL equipment. As i said, I have used their services before. For them to be 'it's not our fault and 'let's just wait and see if the shipper (USPS) delivers' is more than a bit disappointing.
Unfortunately, for many people, this is pretty much our best choice.
Purchased a sleep study and then a new Luna travel CPAP. First night I used the travel CPAP, the noise was unbearable. It sounds like someone running a vacuum in the bedroom. I called customer service and the agent said the travel units were naturally louder. I understand that. It is advertised as 39 decibels. My old unit is 26 decibels. Very little difference. I sent a video with the sound to the agent. She agreed that was abnormal. She escalated my issue. Another agent reached out and said he would be contacting Luna but said they are difficult about returns. A week later he said Luna said that was within specs. I asked to just return the unit. Another week had gone by and they say they are still working on my return. What is there to work on? I need to return this. No word in the last week.
Can engage others mean of shipping like postal service? Reason is cheaper of course is slower delivery.
Order delivered in 3 days - not exceptional these days except I live c100 miles from London in the UK.

Was having trouble getting mask and supplies during the supply chain fiasco in the early 20's. I found 1800CPAP through an on line search, and I've been with them ever since! Prices are very competitive, same brands my health care pricier has and delivery is EXCEPTIONALLY FAST! And customer service is beyond anything I've ever experienced! I ordered a different mask size one time to try it. The size I ordered was too small. Called C.S. And they had another one (I made sure to order my "usual" size) on at my door within 48 hrs!
I recommend them to EVERYONE!

In some cases, people that purchase products from us can submit a claim to their insurance for reimbursement on their own behalf however we cannot bill Medicare or private insurance. Hope this helps.
