Online catalogue description was not as detailed as I would have liked. I was wiring the plug to connect to an existing unused 5 connector port on my Eurovan tail light assembly. I need to connect a trailer hitch wire harness to 2 wires. I could not determine what type of electrical connector came with the plug. When the plug arrived it was only the plastic housing - so I will have to find a connector that will fit in the plug I purchased, - and connect the wire to the tail light assembly male connection. The problem is solvable but requires more work than I anticipated.

I am the type buyer that stocks up and keeps a spare supply of everything, and the reason the following was beyond the 45 day window. Recently I lost weight and contacted your company to request if I could return a new standard size CPAP headset and exchange it for a small size. It was still new, still in the package, and I was told I couldn't because it was beyond the 45 day return policy. You lost a customer over this as I wasn't asking for any freight to be covered, and it's not like in a sealed package these rot or become unusable. This is the difference between good local customer service and on line take it or leave it policies! Hopefully you feel better that I filled out this survey for you, because it likely will not change anything.
