I made my first purchase with your company for a Resmed S11 plus accessories in Nov 2023. Your handling staff was very helpful and the delivery by FedEx was punctual. However, I have a major concern that there is something wrong with the S11's algorithm. The daily usage readings for the past weeks have ranged from 2.5 to 4 hrs when it should be around 7-8 hrs. I am afraid that I may not be getting the proper treatment with the machine. I have sent an e-mail to your staff with my usage readings a few days ago and awaiting a response regarding any need for the machine to be sent back for repair.
The order came promptly. But sometimes it doesn't fit well and I can't make it sit on my face properly. I would have ordered a different one but there is none that would fit me …..

The most comfortable of the four mask systems I have tried. Best configuration for support of the mask without gouging ears. Still have not found a mask system that stays sealed for eight hours, consistently.
1800CPAP really came through for me! I explained to my doctor that I was leaving for my winter home, overseas, 12 days after my sleep test. I called the Tuesday after Labor day, long story short, they were able to send me the prescription on Wed. 1800CPAP got the CPAP and supplies for 8 months to me, the day before my flight left, the following Tuesday! I just had my first night below 10 events per hour! Mask fitting is critical! Make sure your doctor's team measures you and recommends what type to get!

I just wished their online ordering worked. It doesn't work most of the time and I have to call my order in. When online ordering works it's great!
It was good. I had, however, canceled the order because I noticed the size was different from what I ordered. Anyway they went ahead and sent it and I will just deal with it. That's why is just gave you a 4 instead of a 5.
Shipping seems slow but that's not your fault.

In some cases, people that purchase products from us can submit a claim to their insurance for reimbursement on their own behalf however we cannot bill Medicare or private insurance. Hope this helps.
