Order experience & delivery fine. Cloth mask did not work for me at all. Just would not prevent leakage, after endless fiddling with the straps. Would not inflate properly. Only used it part of 1 night, was unable to sleep & had to go back to silicon masks with cloth liners.

I have a difficult time maintaining a good seal with this mask.Maybe shouldn't be used with a bipap machine.
2nd issue I have is the amount of air this mask can exchange to the point my chest hurts in the morning.
The cpap mask i bought was a perfect fit. Looks sturdy. Will definitely order again.

I live on the gold Coast, Queensland and have been using 1800CPAP.COM for several years. They always have what i require, are very good prices and I am often amused that their deliveries from the United States are quicker than from Melbourne Australia. In some cases, people that purchase products from us can submit a claim to their insurance for reimbursement on their own behalf however we cannot bill Medicare or private insurance. Hope this helps.
