I bought a £1300 Globe Trotter attache case.
3days after I emailed to ask when it's to be despatched. No replay. Because of the price I paid, I worried and contacted (only email you can talk to with) by email again asking same question after 5 day, no reply.
I googled about consumer protection of 14-day cooling off period cancellation on Citizen and Advice.org.uk. I copied the cancelation letter and send to their email address. After this letter, on the 6th day, they first time return me said, the item has been shipped already, he was waiting for the tracking number.
Waited for a couple day, no tracking number, I contacted to Globe Trotter Head Office whether 007.com is trustful, genuine website or not. She returned to me they are a Globe Trotter's officially recognised retailer, that was assuring.
But I feel something wrong, I emailed to 007.com on 8th day asking them to contact their warehouse if the item was really despatched, with the line of that this shopping would be still within the cooling off period protected by law, also letting them know I had contacted with Globe Trotter Head Office.
After this email. at last, they emailed me the tracking number of the shipment shows the item just had been arranged to be collected by DHL on the day! That was after 10 day I placed the order.
The 007.com is almost fraudulent.
I've been a huge James Bond fan and have seen almost all 25 films as of 2015. I am stoked about the new "Spectre" movie which is a culmination of the last 4 films of Bond dealing with the sinister Spectre organization.
I would have given 007.com a 5 stars if it wasn't hard to navigate and if Bond wasn't such a puppet of the British state.
